The apartment - classified 4 stars tourism - is on the last and 9th floor of a quiet residence, with large terraces of 70m2 full sky, in the heart of a typical Parisian district, just minutes walk from the garden of the Champs de Mars, the Invalides, the Eiffel Tower.

The apartment is spacious (100m2), on the 9th and last floor with elevator, with 2 large terraces of 70 m2 overlooking the Eiffel Tower, consisting of a large living room with Pumpkin sofas design Pierre Paulin, leather armchairs and television, a table for 6 people, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms: a large room of 16m2 with a double bed ( Italian design furniture) and a bedroom with two twin beds, an office area and its private bathroom, a bathroom with sauna, and separate toilets.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed allows you to transform this large room of 30m2 into a real bedroom, closed by a sliding wooden door.
Air conditioning in each room. Terrace to the east to enjoy its breakfast croissant, terrace to the west to share the beauty of a sunset over a drink with friends.
Many restaurants, cafes and shops around. Metro, bus and taxis nearby. Ideal for staying and visiting Paris.

You will not regret booking this apartment! It is truly a thoughtful and well-loved place for a fantastic vacation in Paris! We loved the air conditioning, plenty of storage, the full-equipped kitchen, multiple coffee options (I loved the Krups espresso!), the TWO terraces, and the very convenient & quiet location. We enjoyed watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night with a glass of wine, after a busy day sightseeing. Thank you to Cousin Bruno for getting us set up for our 8 day stay! When we return to Paris, we will certainly look to book again with the Thenoz hosts! Briggs Family, Washington DC

the penthouse!!!

i traveled with my wife, aunt and uncle and we all loved our stay! the hosts were very accommodating with our check-in and responsive to queries before and after our arrival. the location was very convenient for walking to restaurants and metro stations. the apartment itself was lovely, the decks on both sides of the apartment were an unexpected bonus. we would gladly stay here again.

Lovely!!!

Our family had a wonderful time in Paris. This apartment was comfortable, clean…just spectacular! After busy days touring the city, it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle and unwind, yet still enjoy the city from the rooftop decks. Host communication was great. Everything we needed during our stay was nearby in the neighborhood. Absolutely a must stay!!!

A True Parisian Experience

Our check-in process set the tone for the whole experience, the host was very flexile with our early arrival and allowed to settled in quickly. The apartment was very comfortable and exceptionally well located. You can't beat enjoying dinner with views of the Eiffel tower. Thanks for sharing your home and city with us!

Great Spot

Wonderful Parisian apartment. Great location with easy access to so many spots via walking or public transport. Neighborhood is nice with many neat places to eat and shop. Apartment is nicely decorated with nice views of Eiffel Tower on both outside spaces. Kitchen had all the stuff you need with new appliances and 4 ways to make coffee!! Hosts were attentive and friendly. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing experience

The apartment is in a great location. Very clean, comfortable and safe. A lot of eateries and grocery stores within walking distance. The host was very accommodating and allowed us an early entry to the apartment. How can you go wrong with three ways to make coffee. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back again.

This property was perfect for our family's trip to Paris. The location is off the busy paths of Paris which made it perfect to experience "real" Paris. There are amazing restaurants and bakeries right around the corner that made us feel like family almost from Day 1. The apartment itself was great, very clean and well suited for our family of four. The two outside spaces were so nice that we sat outside many nights, just listening to the sounds of the city. The sliding glass doors allowed for a constant breeze to roll through the apartment, but there was also A/C is the weather was overly warm. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a great Paris stay that is outside typical busy Paris, but conveniently located to everything you want to do. Thank you!

Amazing high class flat in a lovely area

Everything in the house is of quality and good taste. You enjoy spending time in the house. Spacious living room and kitchen, lovely terraces to enjoy the views of Paris and even Eiffel Tower. Comfortable beds and even blinds to keep it dark if you want to sleep late. Lovely decoration and high quality furniture and even Boss speakers to connect your phone. The area is also very nice with all shops you may need close by and metro 5 min away. Perfect even for sauna lovers :)

Fantastic Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Clean, wonderfully furnished apartment. Great neighborhood, too, very convenient to Eiffel Tower and other Paris attractions. The outside balconies were lovely. Marie-Joelle and Charles are wonderful hosts. We are forever grateful to Marie-Joelle for her invaluable help in getting us transportation to the airport on our last day (long story). A Genuine Parisian Experience

This beautiful modern apartment in a non touristy neighborhood had all the conveniences we needed, plus views galore. A glass of wine in the late afternoon on the terrace, comfortable beds for sleep and couches for long chats with friends.....what more could one ask for. Stepping out into the neighborhood was a gastronomic adventure. So many choices. Our hosts were attentive and had lots of recommendations. Thank you!

Paris Girls Trip

This apartment was truly amazing and beautiful!!! Pictures don't do it justice. Pleny of space and great amenities. And also an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower! They were so easy to work with and very accommodating as our flight was delayed a day and they adjusted their schedule to meet ours. A nice bakery, convenience store, fruit stand and restaurants are very close. After a long day of sight seeing it was great to come back and relax in the AC or on the balconies. It was nice to have full sized appliances also. If ever back in Paris we will stay here again. Thanks for an amazing place to stay!!!

A great location to experience Paris

Located south of the Seine but central to many sights and restaurants, we used this as our hub, walking to/from many spots throughout the city. 30 minute walk from the Eiffel Tour with a great view from one of the 2 balconies at the penthouse to take in the NYE sparkling LED’s from the tower. Kitchen well equipped but we did most of our dining around the city. Quick stop store adjacent to building provides the basics. The flat is in great condition - single toilet in separate room but 2 sink/shower rooms (one with sauna). We highly recommend this spot (especially for those who want to get away from the masses of people in exchange for some walks through the neighborhoods or 15-20 minute Bolt/Uber rides to the major sights). Our first time to France and hopefully not the last!
