Chalet des Oursons - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 5

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Cohennoz, this charming flat, furnished in contemporary style, of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift) of a residence with swimming pool, it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as a balcony and a terrace. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee pod machine, fondue set, a raclette machine...
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 2: a sofa bed and bunk beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A heated indoor swimming pool in the residence, open from 21 December 2024 to 23 May 2025 and from 5 July to 31 August 2025.
The pool measures 12 m by 6 m and is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days a week, during the opening periods. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
- A south-facing balcony and a west-facing terrace of approximately 30 m², with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Weber electric barbecue only outside the winter period, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

It is situated in the heart of the Espace Diamant which includes Les Saisies, located in Crest-Voland-Cohennoz, between the Mont Blanc chain and the Val d'Arly. The accommodation is nestled amongst the fir trees forming an attractive hamlet of small chalets. Ideally located near the slopes, this residence blends harmoniously with nature and is perfectly integrated into the landscape.

- Sporting activities: various mountain activities such as skiing, sledging, dog sledding, snowboarding, snowshoeing... Mountain biking on many marked trails and hiking...
- Gastronomic heritage: Savoy cheeses, diots, tartiflette, crozets....

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage with remote control, size 5m/3.5, or in the residence's private car park (reserved for travellers living in the residence).

As far as other means of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Albertville train station located about 30 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Geneva airport located at about 1h30 by car.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Single bed 19 €, double bed 29€, sheet or towel 4€ per unit.
- The cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you (on your request to our service provider on site).
