At the entrance of Bénodet, in a quiet area, put your suitcases in this house of about 70 m² perfectly equipped to accommodate your family on holiday.

With its south-facing terrace, you can enjoy a barbecue or a relaxing moment around the garden furniture.

The house has on the ground floor:
- 1 open kitchen with Cookéo dishwasher and cooker
- A living area overlooking the garden with a sofa bed and dining area with a large extendable table for the whole family
- 1 independent toilet
- 1 garage attached to the kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, stroller...

On the floor:
- 2 double bedrooms (140 cm bed) and 1 umbrella bed
- 1 quadruple room (4 bunk beds 90 cm)
- 1 bathroom
- 1 independent toilet

We particularly like:
- From April to September, the beach cabin on the Trez beach, full of beach games and equipment and also ready to welcome your equipment,
- The walk of the cove of Penfoul, along the river that begins 100 m from the house,
- Free equipment for babies and children (stroller, high chair, umbrella bed, staircase barrier...),
- South facing terrace, barbecue and outdoor garden furniture,
- Proximity to shops.
- Private parking space in front of the house

From the house, you can walk along the river Odet to reach the port and then the Vedettes de l'Odet pier that will take you to the Glénan archipelago or that will take you across the river with the P'tit Bac to reach Sainte-Sainte-Bac in 3 minutesMarine and all the good restaurants.

Our concierge Les Transats Marines offers the following options to ask for upon booking:
