昔ながらの花崗岩の家で、完全に改装され、古いものとすべてのモダンな快適さの魅力を兼ね備えています。
小さな庭とテラスがあります。 130 m2の広さです。
1階には、フラットスクリーンテレビ、DVDプレーヤー、無料の無線LANを備えた広いリビングスペース（リビングルームとダイニングルーム）があります。 アメリカの冷蔵庫を備えた設備の整ったキッチン。
1階には、ダブルベッド付きの最初のベッドルームに子供用ベッドとフラットスクリーンテレビが2倍になります。 大きなバスルーム。 独立したトイレ。
140のダブルベッドと2番目のベッドルーム。 トイレ付きのシャワールーム

Quite street close to the beach

Here you stay in short walking distance to the beach. We (family of 4) stayed here for one week in July/August. The house is really warm and welcoming with its sunshine-yellow-walls. We found the bed rooms with one bathroom each (!) really comfortable. The kitchen is equipped properly, as it would be for a holiday house that is used by the owners. Check in and communication was uncomplicated and friendly.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’emplacement de la maison est parfait pour tout faire à pied: la plage est à moins de 5 minutes, le marché à une minute… Nous avons toujours trouvé une place de parking dans la rue directement devant la maison.La maison est très agréable, la cuisine est très bien fournie (pas toujours le cas dans les locations saisonnières).

Kurzer Weg zum Strand

Tolle Lage, Bäcker, Metzger, Fischhändler….alles mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, Betten könnten für deutsche Gewohnheiten etwas größer sein.

Schönes Townhouse in Benotet

Wir haben als Familie 2 sehr schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Nah zum tollen Hausstrand, Stadtkern und zum Markt, und eine gute Basis um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu unternehmen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Und man merkt, dass die Eigentümer hier auch persönlich herkommen. Die Außenfläche besteht aus einer hübschen kleinen Terrasse, aber keinen Garten und der Wohnraum unten kann ein bisschen dunkel werden. Dafür ist es sehr gemütlich, wenn es draußen heiß wird.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Wir gaben ins in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es liegt super, mann kann alles zu Fuß machen: Restaurants, Strand und auch eine kleine Epicerie sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos und auch das Parken war meistens kein Problem. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Top-Lage

Das Haus liegt zentral und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Gasse. Das Meer, der Strand und div. Restaurants/Cafes sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (sogar Austernöffner). Wir würden dort nochmal unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen….

Ein sehr schönes Haus, zentral gelegen und dennoch absolut ruhig. Der Bäcker ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit 😊. Viele sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe und abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge möglich .

La maison était conforme à notre attente. Cependant nous aurions apprécié pouvoir disposer de transats, trouver des bols dans la cuisine et avoir un tire bouchon moins archaïque. Nous aurions également apprécié visionner un des DVD, le lecteur étant disponible. mais nous n'avons jamais réussi à le faire fonctionner.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, großzügiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus im bretonischen Stil. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Propriété bien située pour profiter de la plage de Benodet (3 minutes à pied) et des activités de cette station. Maison confortable, fleurie, avec une petite cour devant qui donne sur une impasse. Un bon point de depart pour visiter la région.

Ein bretonisches Bilderbuchhaus

Ein Haus wie aus dem Bilderbuch! Wir haben genau das Haus aus der Anzeige vorgefunden: Ein charmantes bretonisches Haus mit reizendem Vorgarten inklusive Terrasse. Innen komplett renoviert und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Sackgasse im Ortskern von Benodet sorgt für Gehnähe zu allen relevanten Einrichtungen bei gleichzeitiger Abgeschiedenheit: Strand, ein kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bäckerei und Hafen sind innerhalb von 2 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nicht zu vergessen der Montagsmarkt in Sichtweite. Die Terrasse haben wir in 3 Wochen bis auf 3 Mahlzeiten immer genutzt. Wegen zweier Bäder und separater Toilette auch sehr gut für eine Familie oder zwei Paare geeignet (wir waren 3 Erwachsene). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Une très belle maison, très grande et calme située près de la plage et du centre

Très belle maison. Bien située (calme grâce à une impasse), et près de la plage et de tous les commerces (marché juste à côté), et des restaurants. Si le temps le permet, il est possible de manger à l'extérieur. Il y a un soin apporté à l'équipement (électro-ménager, vaisselle, mobilier), comme si quelqu'un habitait là en permanence. La maison a du cachet, et elle est très bien décorée. Les deux salles de bain sont un plus indéniable. Il y a aussi beaucoup de documentation sur la Bretagne. Nous espérons que tous les futurs locataires sauront apprécié ce confort, et préserver ce cocon idéal pour les vacances. La propriétaire est très réactive, et il a été agréable d'échanger avec elle.

Excellent customer service from the property owner

During our stay, one of the beds broke. The owner and her local colleague dealt with the problem very quickly and positively and had a brand new bed delivered and set up for us in no time. This is a lovely cottage with nice responsible owners.

A very comfortable house in a great location

We had an enjoyable two weeks at this property. It is very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, bathroom. Small outside terrace. Conveniently located, 5 minute walk to the beaches, 10 minute walk to old port area. Good market every Monday, excellent local epicierie. Short drive to historic Quimper. Great boat trip from nearby Beg Meil to Concarneau.

Very comfortable home, so close to the beach and grocery & well maintained

My husband, sister and I spent a week at Adeline's home in Benodet. we found the home to be so comfortable, well located only a few blocks away to the beautiful beach, close to the grocery & walking distance to the bakery & the fish market. A real pleasure, everything we needed was there, from the very well equipped kitchen with a wide variety of pans, pots, beautiful dishes, & glasses to the refrigerator, oven and stove. In other words a real kitchen where I was able to cook. Upstairs the beds were very comfortable with very nice comforters we left the windows opened at night, it was so lovely waking up on the morning hearing the seagulls.. Both bathrooms had a lot of shelves and drawers (one had a bathtub with a shower head, the other a shower). I was worried about the parking, however this was not a problem at all. There was always parking at all time during the day. The separate attached Laundry room with washer and dryer was very handy. All together very clean and charming property I would recommend it very highly. Ah I must not forget the small terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast or dinners weather permitting of course. Benodet is very special small town tucked away with a lot of character and beauty. Great place to stay put while visiting the surrounding areas. Thank you Adeline for making this property such a delightful place to enjoy our vacation.

Ottimo soggiorno

Casa accogliente, ottimamente arredata, pulita e fornita di tutti i confort per un gradevole soggiorno anche per una famiglia numerosa. Ottima la posizione vicino alla spiaggia distante pochi minuti a piedi. Località caratteristica e logisticamente comoda per visitare le bellezze della Bretagna. L' assistenza all'arrivo e durante il soggiorno è stata impeccabile.

Semaine ressourçante à Benodet - 22 au 29 juillet 2017

Le long des côtes comme à l'intérieur des terres, les décors sauvages appellent à la découverte et à l'exploration. Les criques jalonnant les sentiers du littoral s'avèrent propices au pique-nique et aux plongeons parmi les vagues. La mer était fraîche, cette semaine là. Les bains de mer furent toniques et revigorants. La location est caractéristique d'une maison bretonne du début du XXème siècle. Elle a été rénovée : 1er étage lumineux, l'ajout de velux fait profiter les chambres d'une lumière traversante. Rez-de-chaussée plus sombre. Pas de jardin à proprement parler mais une allée végétalisée que prolonge une terrasse. On peut y prendre les repas ou venir faire une pause lecture. L'environnement est paisible, la maison se situant sur un chemin en retrait de la rue. La station est animée. Et le marché hebdomadaire qui se déroule chaque lundi, au bout de la rue, est sympathique. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette semaine à deux au contact de la mer et de la nature. Daniele
