Well-appointed home sits on a 1/2 acre fenced lot in town, pets allowed under 25 pounds. The Upper Level is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, and the lower level has 2 more bedrooms and an additional bath on the lower level. Walk to a local fitness center or just take a walk for exercise in this nice, quiet community. There are no hotels east of Knightdale, before you get to I-95, so this home is well positioned for visitors with a large family or multiple guests who would like to visit the Knightdale, Wendell, Zebulon area. Stay as few as 4 days, book a week, or even a month!

With amenities such as a home office, media room, and 2 living rooms, your guests will enjoy their downtime as much as their visit to the area. This home is close to the highway for an easy, short commute to Raleigh via 64, or Wilson via 264, but very quiet town so visitors will have a peaceful night's sleep.

Christmas 2024

My family and our friends from Florida, spend Christmas 2024 in Zebulon Nc.The place was excellent and exactly like the pictures showed.This is our go to place if we are ever looking for a place to stay in North Carolina. Everyone had a great time. Thanks Amanda and Jason.

Like being at home! But out of the city with beautiful country walks!

Our house in Raleigh is under repair so we wanted to be close by. We tried a few different properties in Zebulon, and this was our favorite. Bit too much like home, though, so we kept bringing more things from our own home and packing for checkout was hectic, but it was a comfort to be able to “live” normally. Property manager essay to reach, always very friendly and helpful.

Old But Good

Overall giving this a 4/5. Checkin was incredibly easy and the host provided detailed instructions with pictures on how to check in. The house itself is very dated and oddly situated. For example, the king bedroom opens directly into the carport so you need to walk through a bedroom to get to the cars. We also found out on day 2 that the windows do not lock(little scary!). Bathrooms were incredibly dated. The downstairs shower was TINY. I’m a 5’9” 120lb female and it barely fit me. Finally, the upstairs REAKED of smoke despite there being a “No Smoking” sign in the kitchen. On the flip side, the first night there, the fire alarm randomly went off and when we contacted the property manager, she arrived within 3 minutes eager to assist. She not only fixed the alarm, but also assisted in getting the WIFI hooked up to the TV. Great great experience with her. The property itself although old, was very clean! Definitely couldn’t complain there. Overall good experience.

Warm and Welcoming Home

Perfect home away from home for a quick stay visiting family nearby. The house is clean and comfortable, not overly sterile and pinteresty, but truly feels like you were just welcomed in as a guest in someone's home. Plenty of room for large crowd but cozy enough for my husband, 2 small dogs and I. The fenced yard was nice for my dogs. We had everything we could need. Thank you for accommodating us!

Great home away from home

We arrived to a very clean, roomy, well supplied and comfortable home. We stayed 4 nights with 6 adults, 2 young children and 1 baby. The house was very well appointed and because of 2 living room areas, we had plenty of space to be comfortable. The bedrooms were comfortable and we were able to make the 2 bathrooms work for our group without any problems. I would absolutely book this property again. My only wish is that the grass would have been cut… it was long so our little ones just couldn’t enjoy the back yard. For the price, we were very satisfied! The host was very accommodating and answered our texts quickly and kindly. I would rate this 4.7

An amazing stay

The home was absolutely amazing to stay in during the christmas time. Had many issues getting house reservations for the timeline we stayed. The home was very clean and comfortable. The host ensured we where checked in and set for our stay. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend or stay at again in the future.

We went to NC to visit our sister. The place was not ready when we arrived which was a little disappointing but otherwise the place was wonderful. We had everything we needed. We definitely would stay here again.

Nice, clean home

The house was clean and everything we needed was there. One bedroom doesn't have central a/c but has a portable unit that once it was hooked up cooled everything down.

Lots of space for a great price!

This place was perfect for my family. We had plenty of towels and it had what we needed to cook breakfast. It is a little out dated but for the price it has plenty space.

Perfect for a large family

We traveled from Cape cod to attend a family wedding in Selma and needed a place for our family of five, plus my mother-in-law, sister-in-law and Aunt. The size of this place was perfect. Plenty of room for everybody to spread out and it was extremely clean. We had a few small minor maintenance issues but they did not affect our stay whatsoever. Communication with the homeowner was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Hometown hideout

Everything was as described. Host Amanda was very helpful in providing resources for a situation we discussed. The property had more than enough space for my family and I. The backyard is perfect for kids or fur babies. There's three grills if you enjoy grilling on vacay. 3 grocery stores 3 mins from the property. Overall great stay. Excellent price for the amount of space you have. Quiet neighborhood a plus!

Great Location!

We had a great time at this residence! Convenient location close to local stores & surrounding area. House was large with 4 bedrooms so entire family could spread out. House was clean and well equipped with small appliances for convenience during our stay.
