Discover this sumptuous magnificent 1.300 sq ft apartment, bathed in light and perfectly ventilated, nestled on the top floor of a magnificent, secure Haussmann-style building with an elevator.

The spacious and refined living space combines the living room and dining room in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Four large French windows open onto a balcony that runs the length of the building, furnished with three tables and six chairs—an ideal spot to admire the breathtaking view of the historic monuments of central Paris.

The generously proportioned kitchen is fully equipped with custom-made furniture and high-end appliances, perfect for cooking with ease and pleasure.

Sleeping quarters, three large bedrooms offer optimal comfort. Two are air-conditioned, while the third, facing the interior courtyard, has a fan. Each features double-glazed windows, exceptionally comfortable king-size beds, functional desks, and spacious walk-in closets.

The apartment also includes a shower room adjoining the master suite, a large bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a second separate toilet with a washbasin.

Perfect location in Paris. Great nearby restaurants, shopping and ease of travel to the rest of Paris. The apartment was clean, very comfortable after long days of touring. Amazing property, everything was very thoughtful as far anything you could need. From toys to furniture for our kids, to coffee in the kitchen, fresh towels and linens. The apartment meets and exceeds expectations when booking. Will certainly book again our next time in Paris.

Our family of five had an overall wonderful 10-day stay in Paris. The apartment itself is easily a 5/5—massive by Paris standards, with three king beds, a modern kitchen, and a large living room. The new elevator was great for getting our luggage to the 5th floor. The location which is walking distance to everything simply cannot be beat.The host was very responsive when an emergency occurred as the neighbour below came up and said water was leaking from one of the bathrooms into her unit at midnight on Mar 25th, and we appreciated their quick communication. However, from March 26th through the 29th, we lost the use of one of the two showers and the bathtub. For a group of five, sharing a single shower for the final 3 days of a high-end rental was a significant inconvenience (thru no fault of the host, they did try and arrange for a plumber but no one was available before we left)While the host and I ultimately disagreed on compensation for this loss of amenity—VRBO support was excellent. After reviewing our chat history, VRBO agreed with me and issued a more than fair credit.I highly recommend this property for its beauty and location, and suggest booking with vrbo in case the unexpected happens and you cannot reach a resolution with the host directly. Once again a great 5th floor unit with an even better location that the whole family enjoyed.

As you mentioned, this unexpected incident occurred late at night, and we did our very best to respond immediately and find a solution as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, no plumber was available before your departure, which we fully understand impacted your comfort. We would nevertheless like to point out that the apartment has two bathrooms, which allowed you to use the second one, equipped with two showers as well as a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. The apartment therefore offers a total of three shower spaces, which helped to limit the inconvenience caused. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better circumstances. Kind regards,

Perfect Set up For Our Family

The apartment was better than we could have imagined for our family. Kitchen was fully equipped, bathrooms were up to date, bedrooms with plenty of space.The location was ideal to metro and food/shopping options. Highly recommend it!

Great location for shopping and dining. Beds were comfortable, enough space in the living room. Well stocked kitchen. The apartment manager was very helpful and responsive to a concern we had about the washing machine. Be aware one bath had just a toilet, another had a shower and sink but no toilet. The third bath had all three. Slightly inconvenient but not a deal breaker A pleasant stay in a nice apartment in a lively location.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location

We had a wonderful stay at 74 Blvd Sebastopol. Everything was perfect for a home base to explore Paris for four days. Paula was very helpful and set us up with everything we needed. Highly recommend this gem to anyone wanting to stay in the best spot in Paris.

Fantastic apartment in great location!

We were thrilled with the apartment. Three bedrooms, 2 bath and plenty of living space. Great location a short walk to different metro lines. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.Laurent was a pleasure to deal with and Paula was lovely meeting us upon arrival and providing a walk through with plenty of info on the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Terrific stay

Great location near several metro lines. Very stylish and comfortable space for our group of 6. Stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding. Even a nice Bluetooth speaker. Check in easy and helpful. Bathroom configuration a little odd, but worked out fine. Elevator tiny but worked great in shifts. Overall a great spot to relax and unwind after each of our 5 days exploring Paris.

Neighborhood was great. Lots of access to food, shops, metro, and various historical sites. Bedrooms of adequate size. Common area comfortable. Love the balconies, which on cooler days, helped air circulation. Would have liked fans in some rooms. Air conditioning uneven. None in the living room, none in one of the bedrooms. Another bedroom one worked for a couple of days only. In site person very nice; however, things that were broken, e.g., bathroom door lock, were not attended to.

Wonderful stay

Very comfortable stay in the minutes from Pompidou Center. Kids,parents and grandparents were all happy well stocked kitchen. Intuitive appliances worked great. The beds were nirvana after a long day of standing and walking in the city. Like a hybrid gel type mattress. Thank you. Esp. Paola

Great stay in a very convenient neighborhood

Check in was smooth. Paula met us at the door. The only thing is to remember to have Paula show you how to get out of the apartment after checking in. We had a little difficulty but figured it out. The area was nice, easy walk to metro station which we used often. Grocery store (Monoprix) and metro 2-3 minutes walk away. Kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and cook ware you need. Had to call Paula 3 times, twice for no hot water, which needed the heater to be turned off and on, and once for the stovetop which was also an easy fix. She was there within 15 minutes both times. The only downside was one of the bedrooms did not have a/c, only had a fan.

Comfortable apartment in a great location

Laurent was easy to communicate with from the beginning. He answered all my questions. Very soon after we arrived, Paula came to meet us with the keys and to show us around the apartment. She was lovely and helpful. The apartment has one full bathroom with a tub and shower combo, a separate stall shower, a double sink and a toilet. Then, there’s a stall shower and sink room attached to a bedroom and a separate toilet and sink room down the hall near the full bath. The rooms were large and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The views were quintessential Paris. The building has a small elevator, large enough to carry two people. We used it to carry our luggage up and down. It was a great experience and we’d definitely stay there again!

Incredible Place & Hosts

Our group stayed in Laurent's apartment in late August of 2024. Located on the fifth floor (no worries - there is a small elevator!) of a charming & classic complex, the apartment comprises a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms (air conditioning), two toilets, two showers, and one bathtub; all well furnished and like new. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with all kinds of cooking and dining implements. Supermarkets nearby so you can have whatever you wish on hand. The neighborhood also hosts a few pedestrian zones (my personal favorite was Rue St. Denis) that have just about anything you could want ranging from second-hand clothing to a brewpub to restaurants preparing all kinds of cuisines (French boulangeries & brasseries, Chinese hot pot, Lebanese shawarma, Korean ramyun, Japanese sushi). There are nearby subway and commuter train stations for quick access across the city or even outside of it (Châtelet–Les Halles was especially helpful for getting directly to Disney Land Paris without having to transfer). The caretaker, Paula, was also kind enough to prepare a child’s ball pit fully stocked with toys and set up a crib for my one-year-old granddaughter. Paula was perfectly attentive even after our train arrived to Paris late in the night. She emphasized she lived close by if we needed any assistance, which was not necessary An outstanding base of operations for your Paris vacation
