Osage Vistas is 23 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with over a mile of paved roads for excellent walking, running and panoramic views of the lake. Its also on the same property as the Regalia hotel and you'll have access to the largest swim up bar pool in the state of Missouri, kids pool, restaurant and playground area. If you want more privacy you can also access one of the POA 6 pools. You will also have a personal designated parking spot directly in front of the unit.

The condo was perfect! It was fully stocked with everything you needed. All you have to do is buy your groceries. Communication with host was great! I highly recommend this place!

Girls Get Away

Perfect space for our girls trip. Was bummed that none of the pools were open including the swim up bar pool even though it was still very hot. Would recommend posting about the timing for pools so that guests know before they stay. Close to strip with plenty to do.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is better than in the photos. It was perfect for 5 adults and our dog. We saw so many deer. It was wonderful. The patio door is resistive and makes a screeching sound, but that was the only very minute issue. Thank you for a great weekens!

Bachelorette trip!

The host, Jessica was so nice. She let us in hours before so we could decorate before the bride showed. She answered all the questions and was very responsive. The only complaints i have was the dryer, it was very loud and had a very hard time drying things. The apartment was nice but the complex seems to be getting outdated, the pool was slow with not much food options, and the hot tub was closed. However the apartment it self was the perfect size, loved the screened in back porch and it had everything we needed!

Great place for a Lake stay

This was a great place for a 50th birthday celebration for a bunch of family. It was convenient, and being connected to the hotel allows for a lot of amenities. Multiple pools, etc. Very nice!

Wonderful stay for family of 5!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and nice we got to bring our dog with! Kids loved the pool at the hotel and we also enjoyed Ozark Caverns, Old Time Photos, eating at Shorty Pants Cajun Restaurant (dog friendly!), and swimming at Grand Glaize beach. So many deer in the area and we saw an armadillo right out back. Spent a lot of time on the screened in porch! Lots of towels provided, kitchen had everything we needed. Only minor issue was our senior dog didn’t love the stairs getting in to the place. We would definitely stay here again!

Hidden gem in the LOZ

Check in was effortless. When we walked in the condo was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the outside patio definite plus being screened in. We visited two of the pools and it is close to the condo. Only negative is no restroom in the smaller pools, except for at the main pool with swim up bar. It was a plus that children were able to join us at the main pool to keep an eye on them. Overall had a great and relaxing time would definitely rebook after learning of this place. Thx Jessica for making our stay here great

Relaxing getaway

Very nice and clean condo. Amazing screened in porch to relax on. Plenty of places to hang out if you just want to hang out around the condo. Living room is comfortable. Very spacious place overall.

Amazing!!!

Our host was kind and quick to respond. The condo exceeded our expectations and we didn’t want to leave!! We spent most of our time on the screened in balcony and our pups loved watching the wildlife. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.

Perfect for our needs

This property was perfect for our family of 4 plus small dog. Our teen daughters got their own rooms and having 2 bathrooms was helpful. We saw numerous deer from the back patio daily so that was fun! We spent Thanksgiving here and I made a big meal. The kitchen is stocked with the basics but fortunately I looked the day before to be sure I had all the pans, bowls, etc I would need. I ended up having to buy some things at the dollar store. Not a big deal but if you plan to do a fair amount of cooking here, be aware. There were no disposables provided aside from paper towels (no foil, plastic wrap, zipper bags, plates, etc) so bring those along if you want.(I wasn't expecting those but often those items are in rentals) I'm not sure how this condo sleeps 8. There are 3 beds and no pull out couch. There were a few maintenance things that I will address with the owner but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again.

Bike Week

The place was cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there it was close to the strip but also just enough distance to have the piece and quiet to relaxed. We absolutely loved sitting out on the back porch at night and in the morning watching the deer.

4 Day Getaway

My wife and I and our little dogs were seeking four days of a little R&R in the Ozarks, just after Labor Day. The Condo, tucked away within an older resort and the deer roaming freely, offered us the quiet and serene environment we were so needing. The condo itself, though spacious and accommodating, was in dire need of a deep cleaning. Mind you, this is constructive criticism to be used as such. The floors throughout need a good mopping. Walking bare foot was not an option. The floor of the screened in porch, could use a mopping as well. There were not only spatterings of stains that appeared red in color, but our dogs were constantly enticed to mark, telling us that they can smell the odor from previous dogs. Heavy cobwebs throughout the screened in area as well, and the cushions of the furniture need replacing. My wife always brings a can of Lysol for the beds, no matter where we go. The Master Bedroom bed, looked used. The pillow cases smelled of the previous user. We had to change those. The showers were filthy, we had to stand on a towel within, just to shower. Again, this is constructive criticism. Cleaning services require periodic inspections of their work. Unfortunately, their work is a direct reflection upon you, as an owner. And last, but not least, you might want to consider replacing the toilets. They are comfortable for a child, but not so for an adult. Otherwise, we made the best of it, had a good 4 days of relaxing and catching up on some reading for me.
