The Neighborhood:

Please see the distance maps for the nearby attractions. No street parking all the time and you will be responsible for parking tickets for any street parking violation. The street sweeping time is Thursday afternoon.



Getting Around:

This house is about less than one mile to the Disneyland Park. You can still take OCTA bus 83 (its terminal is located on the Ball Rd, about one block away) to Disneyland Park. it takes only two stops to reach to Disneyland Park entrance.

- **Quiet Hours**:

- Between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m., enforced by the city of Anaheim.



- **Check-in Requirements**:

- Prior to check-in, guests must provide additional information and photo ID for identification verification purposes.



- **Smoking Policy**:

- NO SMOKING allowed inside the home including the game room at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are allowed.



- **Occupancy and Booking Policies**:

- Initial daily price is for 8 people, with an additional guest fee of $30/guest/night, maximum 11 people permitted.

- Infants under 2 are counted toward headcount for occupancy.

- No additional visitors unless approved by the host.

- Minimum booking age is 21 years old.

- Minimum stay is 3 nights.

- We reserve the right to decline requests leaving a 2-night gap in the calendar.



- **Pool Heating and Hot Tub**:

- Optional Pool heating fee: (subject to change)

- Winter months (Nov-Feb): $150 for the first day, $60 per additional day.

- Warm months (Oct, March, April, May): $100 for the first day, $40 per additional day

- Summer months (Jun - Sept): $60 for the first day, $30 per additional day.

- The Hot Tub is always on, no additional charge to use. Strongly recommend using only the hot tub in the winter months for energy conservation.



- **Security Measures**:

We received notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behaviors and allowing unregistered guests into our properties. The cameras are on front yard, back yard and side yard. We have access to recorded footage at all the time.

- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.

- The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

- By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
