Professor in the medical field teaching in USA University, residing in North Carolina and likes to spend my time in Zanzibar Islands in Tanzania with my wife. We come every year for wedding anniversary and enjoying the wonderful local dishes, safari, boating, watersports and great Swahili culture. Zanzibarians are friendly, polite and very hospitable people in the East Coast of African.

This property is newly constructed at the coral reef beach of Zanzibar. You will enjoy the great security in the gated community with strict entrance for your safety. Nice ocean breeze and the great places to walk and even swim in the ocean. The property is fully furnished and managed by the top management team of very friendly and professional experts that are international and local.
