The Great Escape - Updated and spacious condo

Come for the beach, come for the golf, or just spend a relaxing vacation doing both, this condominium gives you a spacious and attractive place to stay. It is located in Sea Trails resort and is less than three miles from the sand of beautiful Sunset Beach. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in this second-floor condo, and a spacious living/dining/kitchen for everyone to gather. The second bedroom can also be divided into a “mini suite” with its own kitchenette and sitting area.

The "Villa" side of the condo includes a full kitchen with an island with seating for four. Adjacent is a dining area, and all is open to the living area. There is a single bedroom on this side with a queen and a full-size bed and a full bathroom, plus a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

On the "Mini-suite" side there is another full bathroom and sleeping area with a queen and full-size bed, with a large sitting area and a kitchenette. Both the Villa and the Mini-suite have private entrances.

The Villa and Mini-suite are connected by locking doors so they may be completely separated, but they are rented together as a single unit.

The building has an elevator and the Champions complex pool is just steps away. In addition you will have access to the other amenities at Sea Trail, including two other pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and beach parking.

A Perfect Stay – Again!This was our second time staying at this lovely condo, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The space is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoy the cozy screened-in porch in the mornings—such a peaceful spot to start the day. The condo’s open layout adds to the sense of relaxation, and the location in Sea Trail is ideal. We love being close to the beach and all the great amenities the community offers. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Great place to escape

The last time we stayed at this condo was 4 years ago. We loved it as much this time as we did the last time. Centrally located on the property with all the amenities and homey touches. We had a problem with one of the TV’s and Robin came herself to fix it.

Family Vacay

The condo was beautiful. It felt like being at home. Everything I needed was already there for me. My kids favorite part was the screened porch witn patio furniture. I would highy recommend this condo to anyone. If it is available next year when we come back I will book it again.

Awesome Beach Stay

Condo was clean, spacious, bright and beautiful. Loved the energy and space. We so appreciated that you allowed us to use the Sea Trail key fob for the pools and beach parking. And the chocolate chip cookies were a big hit with us all. Thank you!!

Very clean and picture's shown were exact. Nicely decorated. Everything you needed was there. All appliances were in goid condition. Elevator was a great help with unloading car as we drove down from Canada. Cookies were left by owner were a great touch. Homemade.. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture Would rent again.

Great getaway

Home away from away

House was nice and made you feel comfy from the moment we stepped in doors. They had cookies homemade on counter with a note. Only complaint while going to bed the bed was sandy was concerned like did they change the sheets. I checked the kids beds and they was same sandy as well.

Great location

Plenty of room, condo was clean. Nice to have the main suite & mini villa for the teens to have separate hangout. Condo was a short drive to the beach. Short drive to Calabash with lots of great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, updated condo in Sea Triail

We needed some extra space while our kids and grandchildren were in town visiting us in Sea Trail! This condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The view is pretty! So easy to checkin! Thank you, we’ll be back!

A memorable relaxing family vacation place

The condo is fabulous and very clean, the area is beautiful in the pines with the close and easy drive to beach. Access to the indoor pool and outdoor was fun for all. Ate lunch in Houses onsite and food was fine. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee. Fully equipped kitchen (we wish we had had a portable mixer but nothing lost), loved the cute dishes!! Cookies were delicious upon arrival too. Beds were very comfortable and all linens great. A wonderful memorable vacation. Thank you so much and hope to come again.

Sea Trail has a lot to offer.

This condo is well equipped and close to everything. 5 min to the beach with free parking, fresh seafood, club house with jacuzzi indoors and lots of walking or biking trails. Host was informative and made lemon cake for my arrival. Thank you.

Wonderful, relaxing, beautiful condo.

We loved this condo. It has so much room and so much natural light. The fresh banana muffins were amazing. I want that recipe. We will definitely be back. Robin was quick to respond to any questions.

Robin is a Super Host among Super Hosts!

Everything was as described/pictured or beyond! Robin was wonderfully responsive and everything was Just Right. If needed, we world stay again without hesitation- in fact we extended our stay an extra day Just Because! Excellent in every way.
