The space:
The ultimate blend of relaxation, nature connection, adventure, and recreational possibilities, such as mountain hiking directly out of the door, best road cycling in the country. The condo complex has a lit tennis court, two swimming pools, hot tub, and a gym.
The condo itself is a spacious and bright 2-BR, 2-Bath, with an open floor plan, massive windows with unforgettable view of Catalina mountains, and a large garden-style patio overlooking the Catalinas. It is on the ground level, with no stairs to climb.
The apartment has been fully remodeled in 2021, with high end features and a stylish décor. It is fully furnished and will have all the basics, whether you are here to relax and enjoy the resort, climb Mount Lemmon, or take yourself to a new level in cycling (this is our passion and we will be happy to share recommendations and ideas for your time here!).
The master bedroom features a king bed with a top-of-the-line adjustable mattress. You will wake up to spectacular mountain views right out of the bedroom window and enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, well screened from the Summer heat by mature vegetation.
The guest bedroom features a quenn bed with a new pillow-top mattress.
The living room features a very comfortable Room and Board pull-out sleeper couch (two additional guests can sleep on it - subject to be approved upon request) and a recliner.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
