Indeed, as indicated in the description, two of the beds are located in a mezzanine area with a lower ceiling height, making them more suitable for children or younger guests. Another bedroom has part with lower ceiling. However, the house is designed to comfortably accommodate groups, with spacious common areas to gather and enjoy together. We are truly sorry that our house did not meet your expectations. We place great importance on the comfort and satisfaction of our guests, and we are surprised by your comments, as our laiterie usually receives excellent feedback. Regarding the kitchen utensils, it appears that some items were moved by previous guests without our knowledge. We would have been happy to rectify this immediately had we been informed earlier when I came to fix the radiator. Likewise, for the heating and minor adjustments needed, we did our best as soon as we became aware of your requests. Our heating system is efficient, there was only air in one radiator and easily fixed. The refrigerator is in proper working order, and we have verified that it is functioning perfectly for the following guests. As for the bathroom equipment, it is regularly maintained and has not caused any issues after your stay or before your stay. Additionally, we were very surprised to find the house in an unusually dirty state and to discover that the furniture in one of the rooms had been moved without being put back in place. This type of behavior is not something we are accustomed to in our establishment, and we sincerely regret it. We are pleased that you enjoyed the living area, and we will continue improving our house to provide the best experience possible for our future guests.

merci pour ce commentaire élogieux. Le Villaret est un des rares jolis villages typique savoyard au calme bien qu'il soit directement relié à un énorme domaine skiable. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé de bonnes vacances.

Vous auriez du nous prévenir, je vous aurais conseillé une autre maison en location. j'ai eu un excellent commentaire sur les mêmes prestations les deux semaines juste avant vous sur homelidays et Airbnb comme quoi les perceptions peuvent être très différentes...

D'avoir calculé le temps pour aller à la remontée: 4mn à pied: Nos chalets ferme du Villaret sont dans le village du Villaret à Peisey-Nancroix à exactement 200m de la remontée Lonzagne effectivement les salles de bains dans chaque chambre avec les wc sont un bon élément de confort quand on est nombreux. avec mes remerciements et peut être à une prochaine fois
