Enjoy the main floor as the family spreads between the fully equipped open kitchen, with bar seating and long dining table, and the comfortable living room with its 70-inch flat screen tv and plush, wide, couches. Or walk out into the oversized deck to grill burgers in the weber gas grill, while watching the turquoise waves roll in on Navarre Beaches white sand!

Spread your family over the four spacious bedrooms, each with its ensuite full bathroom. But reserve for yourself the top floor master, with breathtaking views of the shore and private balcony to enjoy the waves at night. The lower floor bedroom is an expanded living area with another 70-inch tv, expansive couches and gaming area. Which also opens into a second, roofed, oversized deck to enjoy the waves while protected from the sun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
