Deschuter McGavin is a cozy one-bedroom condo ready to be your home away from home. The condo sleeps four in two separate sleeping areas, two can sleep in the riverfront living room in the queen Murphy bed or pullout sofa bed, plus there's a private bedroom with another queen. This condo has two full bathrooms and is located on the second floor.

The full kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and apartment-sized oven. There is also a Nespresso machine with pods! Dishes and cookware are provided. The living room features a gas fireplace and a private balcony with rocking chairs, an electric BBQ, and an incredible river view.
Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, and all tv's are Smart so bring your login information to stream your favorite movies and shows.
Our property does include use of an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily so be sure to bring those swimsuits!

​​​​​​The condo is a short 8-minute walk into the heart of downtown Bend, and a quick stroll down the hill to the edge of the Deschutes River, the River Trail and Pioneer Park.
