This amazing home has been carefully decorated to allow you to have some quality time in each room. The kids will love the epic themed bedrooms, and multiple entertainment quarters and put them at the top of your vacation checklist. Look no further than this adorable single-family house. The Space:
You can run down to the Club House and enjoy all the included amenities or have that quality family time watching TV, having a barbecue and having fun in the heated pool! Awesome rooms with different themes such as a Harry Potter themed room a Zoo/ Dinosaur themed room. We also have a disney themed family room and a Marvel Avengers playroom with pool table, hockey table and a basketball arcade type game.
Everything is included except the wave simulator FlowRider which requests a fee and should be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
We still follow a 5-step enhanced cleaning process between guest stays which goes from preparation, cleaning, sanitizing, checking, and resetting to help prevent cross-contamination. To get you started, you'll find a small starter set of amenities with 1 roll of paper towel, 1 kitchen trash Bag, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 Small bottle dishwashing liquid, 1laundry pod, 1 small soap bar per bathroom sink, 1 toilet tissue roll per bathroom, 1 small shampoo packet per bath with shower/tub and 2 coffee sachet with coffee kit. As these are provided for first time use, if more quantities of these amenities are needed, you should stop by a local store nearby to acquire more. And you’ll find a super cute set of face, bath and pool towels perfectly sanitized and packed.

Guest Access:
Solara is a gated community, super safe and easy to walk around. You'll check-in at the gate and will have a door code to be be able to get yourself in without any contact. And of course you will have free access to the clubhouse. Meaning, the entire space plus all the activities at the club house, except for the wave simulator, are included in this rental!
In addition, you will find the incredible FlowRider, a surf simulator that attracts adults and children which is the one part you'll have to pay extra but we highly recommend booking as it is super fun. You can also enjoy the nice temperature-controlled pool or the splash pad designed especially for the little ones. For sports lovers, the Resort, in addition to the gym, has a soccer field, basketball court and beach volleyball court.

The Neighborhood:
Solara Resort is an amazing vacation rental only community with first-class amenities for an amazing vacation experience. Very close to Interstate 4 and other major roads providing easy access to Universal Studios Orlando, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Volcano Bay, Icon Orlando 360, I-Drive and much more in Central Florida,but also within a short drive to Universal, Disney Springs, dining, shopping and many local beaches. That's of course if you care to leave the house that's located at this super cool resort. In addition to easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. The complex itself has been developed to the highest quality standards. Inside, you will find a beautiful complex with a restaurant, cafeteria, bar, sundry shop, gym and green area for outdoor exercise. In addition, you will find the incredible FlowRider Resort, a surf simulator that attracts adults and children which is the one part you'll have to pay extra but we highly recommend booking as it is super fun. You can also enjoy the nice temperature-controlled pool or the splash pad designed especially for the little ones. For sports lovers, the Resort, in addition to the gym, has a soccer field, basketball court and beach volleyball court.We are only 9 miles (around 16min) from Universal, 15 miles (around 28min) from Disney, 15 miles (around 25min) from SeaWorld, 22 miles (around 30min) from Magic Kingdom, and 21 miles (around 30min) from the Orlando International Airport.

Getting Around:
Super easy to walk and drive around. I highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft for example. Turo is considered the Airbnb of car rentals, but if you have a foreign driver's license remember we can help you with car rental too. Orlando Magic and Theme Park tickets? VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Pool heating service:
This service is only provided between November and March. The pool can be heated for $35 per night, minimum 3 nights. It takes 8-12 hours to heat the pool. We recommend that you apply 24 hours before the date of use - the water can take up to 24 hours to fully warm up. Please note that services are subject to availability. Keep in mind that pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components that can sometimes break. Low pool level can also occur due to evaporation or some other reason. We will do everything in our end to correct any issues with faulty equipment as quickly as possible.

Pool and Spa (Jacuzzi):
The water system is the same for both - they are connected. Please note that the Spa (jacuzzi) is not a hot tub. Pool heaters will only heat a pool about 10° - 15° degrees warmer than the ambient air temperature. This means that if the highest temperature during the day is 70° degrees, the pool should reach 85° degrees (even when set to 90° degrees). This is not an exact science and should only be used as a guide.

REMARK: Under these circumstances it is not possible to refund part or all the pool heating charge and your understanding of this is important when ordering pool heating. So let us know if you would like it and I will send you a money request through the platform.

Grill:
We do not provide utensils, we provide the tank, but not the propane gas, which can be purchased at convenience stores, supermarkets and some pharmacies such as Walgreens (please take the tank for the exchange). However feel free to use whatever is left on the tank.
Please keep the patio clean. If extra dirt remains on the patio, extra charges will inccur and a money request of US$40 will be sent through the platform.
