Superb 52m² apartment renovated in the fall of 2022, a few minutes walk from the city center and the train station (1 rue des Taillandiers), in a free parking area.

This apartment offers a bedroom with a bed with storage cupboard. As well as a large living area, living room / dining room / kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso.
A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the apartment.

You will find in the kitchen what to prepare you coffee on your arrival.
Maps and tourist information leaflets will help you organize your stay.

This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.

Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal.

Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the garbage cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
