Located on the heights of Tu-ès-Roc, at the entrance to Cap d'Erquy, this typical 133 m² pink sandstone house accommodates up to 8 guests. Its location provides easy access to Plage du Centre, Lourtuais and Portuais beaches while offering a quieter setting after coastal walks.
The ground floor is organised around a welcoming lounge and dining area with sofa, leather armchairs, dining space and views over the garden. The entrance area includes a bookcase, two small desks and a hanging chair facing the sea. This room opens onto the garden and can also be used for secure bicycle storage.
The semi-open kitchen is suitable for everyday holiday meals. It includes a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and useful cooking utensils.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 ground-floor bedroom with double bed 140x190 and sea view
- 1 upstairs bedroom with King Size bed 180x200 and access to the sea-view rooftop terrace
- 1 upstairs bedroom with double bed 140x190 and sea-view window balcony
- 1 mezzanine accessed through a bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190, suitable for children due to a maximum ceiling height of 1.50 m
The house includes a ground-floor bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs, a second shower room with shower and toilet provides additional convenience. A relaxation area with sofa, armchairs, television, DVD player, bookcase and desk is useful for quieter evenings after days outdoors.
The enclosed garden includes an outdoor dining table and rustic barbecue. The rooftop terrace, accessed from the King Size bedroom, offers sea views and includes a coffee table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol. These two outdoor spaces are suitable for meals outside, pauses after the beach and quieter moments overlooking Erquy Bay.
Parking is available in front of the house, in authorised spaces.
Erquy is known for its harbour, beaches and pink sandstone landscapes. From the house, guests can easily alternate between wild beaches, walks around Cap d'Erquy and outings on foot or by bicycle along Brittany's Emerald Coast.
