South exposure with large balcony. * Entrance - long corridor giving access to:* Laundry room: large storage space with washing machine, dryer; * Living room: large sofa with mediene, HD TV, dining area, double access to the balcony, electric shutters;* American kitchen: ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, large electric oven, American fridge, electric coffee maker, storage;* Bedroom 1: 1 double bed in 140cm, large closet; * Bedroom 2 (large blind room): 1 double bed in 140cm, 1 double bed mezzanine; * Bathroom: large Italian shower, sink;* Independent W.C.COMMENTS: Very nice apartment completely renovated, magnificent view of the valley of Ubaye and the Sugar Bread, very well equipped, new mattresses, duvets. Ski shuttle stop about 100m from the building, 800m from the centre of the resort and the slopes. ANIMALS STRICTLY PROHIBITEDNON-FUMER APPARATUS
