Relax on the water with the best sunset views in Louisville from right next to the water with a four seasons sunroom!

This 3 bedroom home offers a water view from every room! There is ample privacy for outdoor activities, fire pit, relaxing on the dock, enjoying the open land around the property. Located just 10 miles from downtown offers a quick commute to Louisville attractions.

The location has a rural feel but is just a short 2 miles to restaurants, grocery, and fast food.

The reflection of the east end bridge over the water at night offers incredible views 24 hours a day!

The temperature controlled sunroom is perfect for gathering family and friends and enjoying the views. The upgraded mattress on the sofa bed allows for a comfortable nights sleep to wake up feeling as though your floating on the water.

Hot Tub and outdoor patio space area for family gathering space to enjoy.
Onsite Pontoon rental available on request to explore and enjoy the water.

Riverside experience

The property was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the river. My family thoroughly enjoyed the coziness of the house and sitting on the heated sun porch to watch the river traffic.

Amazing Host & Amazing Stay

We went for a mother daughter group trip plus some of our pups and this stay was perfect! The host was so kind and accommodating. Loved that 4-seasons room with the view. Also just sat at the end of the dock during a gorgeous day and chatted with my Mom. Reading the history about the home was fascinating as well. Thank you and thank you for sharing!

We enjoyed the early morning and late night soak in the hot tub overlooking the river. The host was responsive to the shortage of wash clothes and had more there in short order. Hope to stay here again!

Wonderful spot for our first trip to Louisville

The house had plenty of space from our family of 4. The proximity to downtown (about 20 minutes )was perfect but still gave us the feel of being a little way from it all. There were deer running around which was a beautiful sight. The view of the river was spectacular. My husband and I spent every morning bring having our coffee on the enclosed patio . The family enjoyed the hot tub and having our own space when we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This house was perfect for our couples trip. Everything was very clean and well equipped. Loved the hot tub, the enclosed porch and the beautiful view! I would definitely stay here again.

The River House

The River house is an older home but well maintained and clean. The sunporch with the river view was the highlight! The kitchen is very nice with new appliances. Overall a very good experience.

Good home base for a Bourbon Tour. Clean and nice location on the river. A little cold in the lower level but it was a little colder than normal I believe. We stayed first of Feb. I would recommend.

Beautiful views . Property makes any weather condition fine. Covered patio is great if it rains and enclosed patio with air conditioning is perfect when it’s hot. Very comfortable. Would recommend this property for any family !

Nice weekend getaway

This was a nice location for a bourbon trail weekend. The house had a great view, and the hot tub was an added plus. Plenty of space for three couples without being on top of one another. We had an issue with one of the toilets that was promptly addressed by Kari.
