Wonderful seaside stay

The property was beautiful, clean and very well situated for a stay in St Malo. It had spectacular ocean views and is in walking distance to the Intra Muros. Bedrooms were ok for 4-6 adults and Check in process was easy and straightforward. Highly recommended!

5 star view but amenities and decor lacking

Yes the view is incredible and we enjoyed that immensely. Convenient walk to town. A garage, but kind of tight (we managed unscathed though). To us it was strange to 1) have to pay extra for sheets and towels and 2) to have make our beds and then strip them and take to manager. Also there were NO cleaning supplies (ie dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels -1 partial roll toilet paper was all) or kitchen accessories (ie coffee, coffee filter, sugar, salt and pepper). So bring EVERYTHING you will need for your stay. Initially a little musty but that disapaited. Unfortunately if you open the balcony doors a hoarde of little black bugs come in. Clean, but doesn’t feel homey.

Situation et vue conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement mériterait un coup de nettoyage de fond surtout au niveau de la cuisine. Une seconde salle d'eau serait la bienvenue aussi

Très belle location vue magnifique sur mer

Très belle location appartement sur bord de mer. Prévoir remplacement de quelques meubles et matelas et du rabattant de toilette d’époque. La porte du garage est à changer en urgence ,pas facile à rentrer un véhicule de grand gabarit car place publique dans la rue juste dans l axe limitant la manœuvre.

The appartement is phenomenal, spacious with all the required amenities. Better than we had hoped for. The views are incredible and the location is perfect. Dealing with interhomes was smooth and easy.

Super appartement

Merci d'avoir pris en compte mon appréciation précédente et d'avoir changé  le lit. Appartement très bien situé et spacieux avec une vue magnifique  sur la mer. Avoir un garage est très appréciable. Cependant la porte du garage est très difficile, voire parfois impossible à manipuler (même à deux). Sans ce bémol la location serait parfaite.

L appartement était vraiment très bien avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur le port un balcon pour boire un verre tranquille l appartement et très calme bien équipé avec ascenseur garage pour une petite voiture la porte du garage s ouvre bien je le recommande sans problème

Belle vue mais un lit très inconfortable.

Très belle vue. Appartement spacieux et lumineux, bien situé et bien équipé. Néanmoins le lit de la chambre avec balcon est très inconfortable, me provoquant un mal de dos; il faudrait changer ce matelas.

Bonne location en famille

Bonne location avec une vue magnifique Logement idealement situé pour faire tout à pied, pas besoin de voiture pour courses, loisirs Seul bémol manque de chauffage dans la salle de bain..un seche serviettes serait appreciable..

- Grand appartement - Bien équipé (sauf lave vaisselle fonctionnant 1 x sur 2) - Accès au garage déplorable (+ déjà occupé par 1 2 cv) porte quasi impossible à fermer A CHANGER DE TOUTE URGENCE et remplacer par ouverture/fermeture automatique comme voisin. rapport qualité-prix ???
