Newly renovated 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom tastefully decorated beach cottage. Fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, a spacious living and dining combo with a large flat screen tv, roomy master bedroom with a BRAND NEW king bed and a private master bath, second bedroom has one queen and one full bed and access to a second bathroom in the hall. 48" TV's in each bedroom. Private outdoor patio with grilling area, free WiFi, free parking, community pool, within 1/2 mile of Pier Park and just a short stroll from the sugar white sands of the world's most beautiful beaches, just across the street.

Cute place

Very cute, comfortable place to stay. Fit family of 5 well. Short walk to beach which is nice. The pool is very small but nice with bathrooms there. Only complaint is that I didn’t know the complex was in major construction. The parking lot was disaster of construction and they work all day building. Then the actual road out front is tore out, a mess. I’d stay here again once that’s done though for sure.

Loved it!

Perfect place to stay for a family, it was spacious with plenty of bathrooms, and closet space, love that it has a private patio area with a grill and shower to wash off from the beach, the pool was nice especially on days that the beach was too much for the little ones, the whole place is really nicely decorated and updated and it’s just beautiful I loved the kitchen island. Very useful for families had everything we needed. And right across from the beach. The only thing that was a disappointment was all the construction in the area. But will definitely look to stay here again

Vacay 2022

Condo was remodeled and beautiful!! Furniture is new and very comfortable. We had a great time! Only minor complaints- having to walk down to the crosswalk and cross the road for beach access (it’s not far, but we prefer beachfront). And there’s no beach supplies included. We had to bring everything- umbrella, chairs, beach towels, etc. from home. Otherwise, loved our location!

Location

Location was good, unit was not cleaned very well. Definitely could use some tlc. For the price I would have expected better especially when it was mandatory to get insurance.
