Arrive at the Ocean Harbor, park your car in its designated spot and relax in this spacious and beautiful home. We have 2 designated parking spots and we provide our guests with an additional 3 parking permits good for street parking in Dewey. We have 2 beachfront Master Bedrooms each with King size beds & their own private new bathrooms . One Master is located on the 1st floor and the other is located on the 3rd floor. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms on the 3rd floor each with bunk beds; Queen on the bottom and twin on top. Sleeps 10.

Location! Location! Location! Spend the days hanging out on the beach. Swimming, body surfing, rafting, skim boarding, sunbathing, people watching, book reading or napping - just having fun and enjoying the moment! We provide nice beach chairs and umbrellas for your convenience. We also provide abundance of sand toys for little kids and big kids to dig and make castles in the sand.

Oceanfront views from the entire 2nd floor which is open concept . Open both sliders and step out onto the furnished deck to listen to the ocean waves crash onto the beach. Enjoy your meals at the large dining room table which seats 10. OR choose the kitchen island with seating for 5. Drink your morning coffee at the bar counter or on the deck while watching the waves ride in to shore. If lucky, you will spy a school of dolphins .

The large Family Room provides plenty of space for conversation, games and memory making. Grab a book from the bookcase and If you MUST watch TV, we have a Premiere account with Comcast or choose a DVD from the collection. Get away from everyday life and enjoy your family and your vacation! Downtime is good!

The 1st floor entry opens to a roomy foyer with a bench and plenty of room to store your beach gear . The laundry room complete with washer and dryer is located on the 1st floor. Finally, a large 1st floor Master Bedroom with a King Bed, large closet and TV. The brand new en-suite private bathroom is complete with beautiful new tiled walls and walk in shower. The bedroom has high windows that view the sandy dunes.

On the open concept 2nd Floor you will find the magnificent views of the beach from any location . We provide you a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of room for many cooks, a large balcony which faces west and overlooks the parking area. We have a large dining area with a large table with seating for 10. On the second floor, you will find the lovely and large sun filled living room with ship lap walls, a fireplace, TV , a DVD player and 2 book cases overflowing with your next good read. Two sliders open to the large balcony that overlooks the beach and ocean. The ocean can be viewed from almost every space on the 2nd floor.

The 3rd Floor has a large Master Bedroom with magnificent ocean views! The beautiful a King bed offers amazing views of the ocean and beach. You will find a large closets, a TV and DVD player. The beautiful and new en suite bathroom is complete with exotic blue granite and a very large 5x7 walk-in shower. Two glass sliders open to the balcony with a breathtaking view overlooking the beach and ocean. Watch God‘s gift of the gorgeous sunrise over the ocean every morning! Gaze at the moon shining on the water each night. Which is your favorite? I choose both!!

In addition, on the 3rd floor, there are 2 guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has a custom Amish made Queen size bed on the bottom and a twin bunk on top. These 2 guest rooms share a newly renovated and beautifully tiled full size hall bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The Twin bedrooms each have a shared balcony that faces west overlooking the parking area.

We provide many amenities for our guests’ convenience. We provide all bed linens - the beds are made prior to your arrival by our professional cleaning crew and they are stripped after your departure. We are fully stocked with paper products including paper towel, toilet paper, tissues, napkins, kitchen dish soap, dishwasher detergent pods, kitchen dish towels, bathroom hand towels, bathroom hand soap, laundry detergent tide pods, an ample supply of Keurig coffee pods and a variety of tea.

We provide our guests with nice beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for the kids. We have a charcoal grill and proper cooking tools should you choose to BBQ.

Our front door uses a keyless entry/exit code which eliminates the hassle of carrying keys to the beach. Every guest has their own individual keyless code which expires upon departure.

Take a walk thru Dewey to explore the restaurants and shops. The bay is only 1 block away from the beach at this section of town. Ride the Jolly Trolly into Rehoboth to visit the boardwalk and beach shops. Book now to experience the age old motto: “DEWEY BEACH: A WAY OF LIFE”
