Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in the heart of one of the oldest winter sports resort of France Font-Romeu, this charming modern flat, completely renovated in October 2021 with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accommodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a terrace to enjoy the Catalan mountain air and the view. With high-speed Wifi, we are waiting for you to relax and recharge your batteries in complete serenity!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a Sony SmartTV, sofa, library and dining area for up to 6 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 3 point induction hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee pod machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (150×200) (with a hand-stitched mattress on a velvet base), dressing room type storage and direct access to the terrace with a view of the Cambre d'Aze on the left-hand side when you wake up.
- A fully equipped shower room with hanging WC (integrated intimate shower), Italian shower with adjustable shower jets, washbasin, illuminated mirror, towel dryer, hair dryer, shower products and shampoo...

Outside :
- A spacious terrace of 11 m² along the entire flat, facing south, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the view of the Pyrenees, the Cambre d'Aze and the valley of Cerdagne Catalane.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed (on request), ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via town centre, in Foun Vive Residence which is a typical and authentic residence of the 80's with a mountain architecture, in the shape of a residential chalet, it is a small condominium composed of 8 flats. Boulevard François Arago is located in town, south facing, underneath the main traffic area, offering more tranquillity. You will be able to walk to all the shops and attractions in the town centre as well as the rest of the points of interest which are easily reached by car via the direct local and departmental roads.

Activities : The 12 must-do things to do in Font-Romeu to enjoy the Pyrenean landscapes, here are the best activities to do in the area: - Winter - Snowshoeing - Skiing - Biathlon - Ice diving - Caving - Summer - Hiking - Climbing and mountaineering - Paragliding - Hot air ballooning - Mountain and quad biking – Canoeing and rafting.

After the summer sun, when the snow melts and the landscape reveals itself , the resort does not lose its interest. That's why it's an ideal destination for an outdoor activity, whatever the season, whether you're traveling alone, with family or friends!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the dedicated/private (open air) car park at the foot of the residence, which is convenient for all types of vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Latour-de-Carol-Enveitg train station located about 20-25 minutes away by car.

Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Double bed 25€, single bed 12.50€, bath sheet 8€/person, towel 5€/person.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

The entire heating system is automatically controlled to ensure efficient and sustainable management of electricity consumption. Please ensure that the premises are kept insulated during the winter season and that the air is ventilated briefly and punctually.

- Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged.
- Delivery of breakfast, shopping, ski pass and equipment, on reservation (payment to be made to our partner on site).
- A cleaning fee of 75€ is charged for stays of more than 7 nights. And two households for stays of more than 14 nights.
