(several announcements)<br>Located in the heart of the Fangu Valley, classified as a World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO and at the gateway to the Scandola Reserve, the 3-star Candella Residence offers five 70 m² apartments including a 20 m² covered terrace, modern, comfortable, air-conditioned, fully equipped with free wifi access, ping-pong table and bowling alley and above all very quiet with a heated swimming pool (10 m * 4.5 m).<br><br>It consists of a living room with flat screen TV with TNT, wifi access, dining room with fully equipped open kitchen: (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle, ironing board and iron, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine), two bedrooms with mosquito nets, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet and a gas barbecue for good grilling.<br><br>Only 1 km from the Fangu river with its red rocks, its fresh, clear and warm water, then its little corners of paradise where you can swim in peace.<br>5 km from the village of Galeria, shops and beaches.<br><br>For lovers of works, a walk in the fresh air in the forest of Piriu with its centuries-old holm oaks, the paths of the Tra Mare è Monti or one of the paths pass in front of the property will lead you to various beautiful places and also to Girolata inaccessible by car.<br><br>Possibility of scuba diving, sea trips in the Scandola reserve, canoeing and kayaking in the Fangu delta, boat rental with or without license, horseback riding, adventure courses and zip lines in the pine forest of Calvi and also visit the Citadel of Calvi, the wine estates of the region and be able to attend concerts of Corsican songs.<br><br>Booking conditions:<br>Sending a signed rental contract to be returned.<br>30% of the amount of the stay at the time of booking.<br>The balance will be paid on the day of arrival or 14 days before if booking with the platforms.<br>The rental is from Saturday arrival 17:00 to Saturday departure 09:00. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances le coin est fabuleux car il est à deux pas du fango avec ses piscines magnifiques des restaurants tout proche de la location où nous nous sommes régalé avec des produits locaux mais au-delà tout ça les hôtes sont des personnes très gentils à l écoute attentionné et des professionnels Je recommande vivement Merci encore pour tout

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben die Zeit abseits des Touristen-Trubels sehr genossen und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön und es gibt viel zu entdecken (Fangodelta, Fangotal, Scandola, Calanche, Calvi, …) Nach Galeria sind es mit dem Auto 10 Minuten. Dort gibt es zwei Kiesstrände und 2 kleine Supermärkte. Zum Sandstrand nach Calvi benötigt man 30 Minuten. Der Fluss Fango lädt zum Baden und Felsenspringen ein. Die Badestelle an der Ponte Vecchio-Brücke ist ca. 3 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Zwei Restaurants sind in Laufweite. Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil einer kleinen, ruhigen Anlage mit 7 Wohnungen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Gasgrill lädt zur regelmäßigen Nutzung ein. Der Pool ist schön und liegt etwas erhöht in sonniger Lage. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Boulebahn. Die Boulekugeln findet man in der Wohnung. Was zu beachten ist: Die Fahrt von bzw. zur Fähre nach Bastia dauert je nach Tageszeit 2-2,5 Stunden.

Séjour Corse au top

Superbe location, équipements au top (intérieur et extérieur),belle piscine chauffée. Le tout est très bien entretenu (propreté irréprochable), très bien géré. Bref, séjour au top avec en bonus un très bon restaurant. Félicitations à Alexandra et Stellu.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir haben sehr erholsame Ferien verbracht und uns in dem Ferienhaus rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und durch die Einrichtungsgegenstände komfortabel (Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Grill, Fliegengitterrollos…) Wir kommen gerne wieder!
