Enjoy a restful retreat at the Veranda at Lakewood National. Steps from the first fairway at Lakewood, this ground-floor condo offers wonderful places to relax, both inside and outside. Sip your morning coffee while overlooking the grounds, enjoy an evening refreshment in the spacious screened porch, or cozy up in front of the large tv in the living room. Guests staying for longer than 30 days may purchase separate membership at Lakewood National, which provides access to community amenities.

The Space:
Step inside the Veranda at Lakewood National, and you'll immediately feel at home. The Veranda is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo with two private screened porches. It sleeps up to 6 guests -- two in each bedroom and up to two more in the separate sleeping den.

Sleeping arrangements:
Primary Bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) - Queen-Sized Bed
Second Bedroom - Queen-Sized Bed
Den (separate from living room, with a door) - Queen-Sized Sleeper Sofa

Details:
Features a spacious master suite with Queen size bed, TV, a walk-in closet, and master bath with large vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, and a large closet. There is a den with a queen size sleeper sofa and desk.

The well-stocked kitchen features all new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, and a dinette area that overlooks the golf course.

The Living room has an open concept to the kitchen and features a 65" QLED TV.

If you prefer the outdoors you can relax on the private screened front or back lanai, both feature seating. There parking for 1 car in the driveway and a second car in the parking area opposite the driveway.

Our home also features washer, dryer, Free Wi-Fi, extra linens, 2 bikes, and beach towels.

Guests staying longer than 30 days have the option to purchase (separate from booking) access to Lakewood National’s resort-style amenities, including 36-holes of golf, a clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, lighted clay tennis courts, beach entry lagoon pool, casual poolside dining, full-service spa, and so much more.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the condo. In addition, guests staying 30 days or longer have the option to purchase an access pass to the property’s many amenities, including golf, resort-style pools, gym, and spa. Access passes are sold separately from booking for an additional fee and are valid only for the duration of the stay (must be a month or longer). Inquire for more information.

The Neighborhood:
Lakewood National is one of Florida’s premier golf resort communities. At your backdoor, you’ll find a 36-hole Arnold Palmer designed golf course, a resort style swimming pool with a poolside bar and cafe, eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, one tennis ball machine court with automatic ball retrieval system, four pickleball courts, two Har-Tru bocce courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center—open 24 hours to with Member ID cards, an on-site Fitness Director and TPI Certified Personal Trainer, a variety of group fitness classes to choose from, a full-service spa, and so much more.

Beyond the gates of the community, you’ll find beautiful Lakewood Ranch, part of the broader Bradenton and Sarasota community. Lakewood Ranch is a planned community, geared around wellness and recreation, with beautiful trails, parks, a farmers market, dynamic shopping and dining options — all just a short drive Sarasota's white sand beaches and arts scene, Tampa’s sport teams and entertainment, and quick access to four airports.

Getting Around:
While not necessary, a car is recommended while staying with us. The condo includes a private driveway with secure parking for two cars (one in driveway, one in parking area opposite driveway).
