Condo is nicely kept and clean.Location was not good for us. We like to dine out and enjoy a glass of wine, the only place close is the outdoor Tiki Bar, good food and drink but closes at 8:00 PM. Casual dining requires driving, finer dining a 15 minute drive. The nice clubhouse was not open yet. It is opening in the near future, however, the fee for use is going from $214 to $600.The pool is nice but in March hard to find a chair. The complex has it’s own pool but no food or drink. My husband found getting tee time’s challenging to impossible, beach is an hour drive in traffic. The lake is a nice view from the porch but beware if you have small children or dogs it has 3 large alligators that we watched chase fishermen several times, also many snakes. The condo main tv has Spectrum basic which is limited, we needed our fire stick. The couch is extremely soft even our 8 yr old grandson could not get comfortable. I usually ended up sitting on a kitchen chair The mattress is not supportive enough if you have back issues. Kitchen was well equipped. Linens were disappointing, twin beds had no linens the Master’s were old. We purchased sheets and several sets of towels. Our biggest disappointment was there are no grills anywhere. We’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have grills,we want to grill outside on vacation not in the kitchen. Be aware permanent owners here do not like vacation renters. We will look elsewhere next year amenities here do not fit the increased fees.
