Perfect

Beautiful apartment in fabulous location with amazing sea view and huge balcony. Geoffrey was lovely to deal with and our teenagers had a great time too. Very relaxing week in October with fantastic weather. Highly recommend!

Exploring Roquetas de Mar

So much room..only 5 minutes from the beach & 2 supermarkets ..numerous tapas bars & restaurants along side the beach ..also a great harbour just 15 minutes walk away..apartment had a huge patio..all in all had great relaxing holiday

Clean, great location and great view.

We stayed here for just under a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The large balcony was perfect for sunbathing, relaxing in the jacuzzi and admiring the sea view! The owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and help us with our transfer back to the airport. Everything we needed was close by - shops, beach, restaurants on the beach front. There’s not loads going on in Roquetas but it’s a very quiet and relaxing place to be for a holiday!

Great Apartment

We have just returned from a 11 night stay which was excellent. The apartment is located in a great position and is well equipped, having everything you could need. There was a problem with the Jacuzzi but it wasn't an issue for us to us as the roof terrace was so good. Jofre was a pleasure to deal with and came to visit us for a chat about the apartment once we had arrived. All in a all it was great stay.

Diese Penthaus Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Hervorragende Südlage mit guter Ausstattung, Meerblick und großer Sonnenterrase, Strand und Bars unter 200 m, Stadt und Einkaufen alles fußläufig zu erreichen und dann ist hier noch Jofré, hilfsbereit und sympathisch, was will man mehr? In der Kürze liegt die Würze, wer nicht bucht ist selber schuld. R&H

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances L'appartement est parfaitement equipė et tres bien situé à 3 mm de la plage et à 3mm à pied d'un super marchė nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire Cerise sur le gâteau si vous êtes français grâce au décodeur vous avez la télévision en français si vous êtes allemand vous avez la télévision en allemand ..... Beautiful apartment. Very clean, great location and we received a lovely welcome from Jofré. The apartment has everything you will need and is exactly like the pictures. Location is quiet and not far from the marina, local restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The penthouse is highly recommended.

Wij hebben voor de tweede maal kunnen genieten van een mooie penthouse. Alles was netjes en proper en de jacuzzi is zeker een aangename meerwaarde. Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst van eigenaar en zijn dame. Kleine bemerking: een vaatwasser zou het plaatje helemaal compleet maken, maar een dikke vijf sterren is zeker verdiend. Wonderful apartment, HUGE terrace

We stayed in this wonderful apartment at the end of June. Jofre the owner could not have been more helpful, from the moment of our first booking through to the day of departure. The apartment was immaculately clean, 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, a good size kitchen, a large main living area and a HUGE outside terrace with a sea view. The master bedroom is really big with lots and lots of cupboard space and has access onto the terrace; the twin bedroom is also a good size. The bathroom is big with a bath and overhead shower, sink, loo and bidet, again lots of storage. The kitchen had all the necessary plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc plus a big fridge freezer. In the living area there was a bed settee plus a further settee and table and chairs and access to the terrace. The outside terrace was magnificent with plenty of space for the rattan table, chairs, loungers and the jacuzzi which was a lovely treat at the end of a hot and sunny day. The apartment is just a short walk from the beach and marina where there are lots bars and restaurants to choose from and then a short walk in the opposite direction for the town area with further bars and several big supermarkets. Most bars that we visited offer free tapas with every drink ordered. There is a big market every Thursday about 20 minutes’ walk from the apartment (towards the Grand Plaza area). We did have a hire car but it’s probably not necessary as everything is in walking distance. I would definitely return to this lovely apartment and great town. Roquetas de Mar is very much a hidden gem that I am very pleased we have found.

Prima vakantiewoning, met als extra pluspunt de jacuzzi. In Roquetas de mar is weinig te beleven, maar als het je om het relaxen gaat, ben je hier uitstekend op je plek.

Superbe appartement !!

L'appartement est idéalement situé avec une magnifique vue sur la côte. La terrasse est splendide et très bien exposée. L'appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. Disappointed.

If you like to listen to traffic noise, having a school playground directly under your balcony, and noisy neighbours in the flat above you then this is the apartment for you. My wife and I found the flat to be a little tired, sparsely furnished, and in need of TLC. The bed linen and towels provided were very old, so much so that we went out and bought new ones. We were also lead to believe that satellite TV could be available, this was not the case, only Spanish channels. No hardship for a few nights but we were there for a month. The balcony is large and very sunny with a good range of furniture, however the jacuzzi leaked when we tried to fill it.

C'est avec beaucoup de gentillesse et sympathie que nous avons été accueilli par Jofré, le propriétaire ; qui a été aux petits soins pour notre installation. L'appartement avec terrasse bien orientée pour profiter du soleil est fabuleuse. (petit plus: le jacuzzi). Il offre tout le confort nécessaire. Idéalement situé : proximité plage, commerces, port et bars à tapas. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous recommandons cette location, et nous remercions encore Jofré pour son accueil.

Highly recommended

We found the modern, spacious apartment very comfortable and well maintained. The large balcony area was used for dining and sunbathing, the jacuzzi was fantastic after a long day. Where the apartment is situated is ideal as it is a short walk to the beach and in the evening the restaurants and bars were all family friendly and had a very good atmosphere. The supermarket was two minutes walk away which was very convenient, selling fresh produce and included a butcher, fishmonger and bakery. Jeffrey met us on arrival and was very helpful and friendly, with some good local information. Highly recommended. Regards John and Lyn McGovern.
