I loved our stay, mybwofe got to study outside behind the gated and keylocked fence. The laundry room was perfect and the studio was cozy. We were so happy there was an electric tea kettle and tea. Snack was so nice. It was around adorable bakery and dinning selection. It was the perfect stay.

Small and cozy one bedroom apartment conveniently located in the quiet neighborhood and 7 minutes drive to the beach. Very comfortable bed, small nice kitchen equipped with everything like your home kitchen, and nice bathroom.

Decent stay but loud argument in the backyard and driveway.

The unit was adequate but could use a deep cleaning. AC unit in living room didn't work. Bedroom AC unit eventually cooled the entire place but struggled to keep up with the afternoon heat. Bed was extremely hard. It was nice having access to washer and dryer. Convenient location. People in the back unit (possibly other guests) were loud and disruptive arguing on the property.

Very Dirty

So disappointing at Christmas time. The towels were not clean and tattered and torn. There were no glasses or coffee cups ( 1 of each) The soap provided for bath and shower was like a wax bar, the was rat or mice poop on kitchen window seal. Overall very dirty. Was afraid to sleep in bed wondering if sheets had even been washed.

Family Visit for Grandson’s 2nd B’day.

James was very responsive and courteous. The place was very clean, great location, and modern. I will definitely look into this place again on my next trip back.

My impression of this property

Great location and very nice accommodations. We wanted to be near Atlantic Ave. This property was close to the great restaurants and nightlife. Excellent communication with the property mgr/owner. I will be staying there semi regularly as I come to south Florida often on business.

Cute little spot

Cute little spot for our week away to sun. Walk to the beach - nice 1 mile walk. Chair and umbrellas set up on beach for 60. Bed and sheets comfortable.

Just Right

This apartment had everything I needed, was in a quiet neighborhood, and was close to the beach and downtown Delray Beach. I came for 3 nights for both business and personal reasons from West Palm Beach to Ft. Lauderdale, and this was the perfect "home base." A great place from which to go out or just quietly cocoon.
