A perfect house

The stay was perfect, we were there for one week. It was a large house with a swimming pool. Everything was oké.

Valras Holiday 2024

The property is spacious, well cared for and very well equipped. Excellent outside areas and pool.Our party consisted of myself and my daughters family including a 5 & 2 yr old.The pool and garden were excellent for the children. The area is new and well kept and quiet. We had good contact with the owners and the local contact. An excellent stay and would return.

We stayed for 3 weeks at the start of August with our 9 year old boy, with grandparents and friends flying out for a week each… villa was perfect for 4 adults 1 child at at time.The villa is really new, spacious, clean, and has a luxurious feel. Bedrooms were big and bright, bathrooms gave it a hotel vibe, lounge kitchen area was fab and the patio view onto the pool is as good as the photos make out.The pool was gorgeous, one of the best we have had in a rental. It really warmed up in the August heat and was ideal for the 5 of us.It’s a 20min walk to the closest part of the beach but 30 mins to get to the busier end of town. You can drive and there is plenty of parking available. Bakery is also a short 10min walk so the villa is ideally placed.Giving 4 stars rather than 5 for a couple of reasons…First the property is really overlooked. The rear of the property looks onto an undeveloped plot. At one point 4 men were playing boules on it, looking directly into the garden while we were in swimwear which made my wife in particular feel uncomfortable. To the left, the neighbours property has a low wall and they played boules every evening until late, looking directly into the dining area. This property is in desperate need of a privacy screen!Second the local agent was poor and ignored my request to have a wasps nest removed.Overall the property is lovely, we had a fab stay, but for the money there is better out there in a wonderful part of France.

Nous sommes particulièrement heureux que vous ayez apprécié la piscine et la situation idéale de la maison. Nous avons également pris bonne note des améliorations possibles qui nous aident à améliorer l'accueil des futurs voyageurs. Concernant les maisons alentours et le vis-à-vis, c'est la première fois que nous recevons ce type de remarque. Afin de garantir la tranquillité et l'intimité de nos futurs hôtes, nous allons construire une palissade. Les travaux sont prévus pour ce mois de septembre 2025. Enfin, concernant notre agent local, nous sommes très étonnés de votre retour car, nos autres hôtes relèvent toujours sa gentillesse, son amabilité et sa serviabilité. Nous allons rediscuter avec elle pour mieux comprendre ce qui s'est passé. Nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir à nouveau dans notre villa dans cette magnifique région de France.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Alles war top und die Villa inkl. Pool sehr modern. Nähe zum Strand war ideal und vielerlei zu unternehmen in der Umgebung. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. (Wir haben 2 bis drei pro Jahr.) Super sauber. Der Vermieter war der Hammer. Immer erreichbar und wirklich sehr entgegenkommend. Es gab nur 2 Sachen die nicht perfekt waren: Das Haus war sehr hellhörig und die Toilette vom ersten Zimmer war am anderen Ende. Da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, hat es uns nicht gestört, dass es keine Handtücher vor gab. Schöner Pool und eine ruhige Umgebung. Für uns klasse. Nur zu empfehlen. Auch Brigitte, die sich vor Ort um alles kümmert, ist super.

Vacance en famille

Jeune Famille avec 2 enfants. On a passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. Les photos semblent la réalité. La piscine chauffée est vraiment splendide. Il n'y a rien à râler. ( Voisins très agréables, cité calme ). Très proche des plages. Merci pour cette petite vacance en famille. 👍
