Peaceful Country Home

Hi there! Thank you for looking at our house! My husband and I take great pride in this property! We have been landlords for over 10 years with 3 other houses and decided becoming hosts on AirBnB would be an amazing new adventure! Marissa is a quiet small town with a couple restaurants and gas stations but less than 15 minutes to a small city (Sparta, IL) where you can do shopping or enjoy dinner at the local restaurants. We are also close to the World Shooting Complex and Recreation. Throughout the area there are different wineries and parks or if you want to travel a bit further we are about 30 minutes from Belleville, IL or 50 minutes from St. Louis, MO. Our property consist of a 1.5 acre private lake with a dock and small beach area to enjoy. The front porch is the length of the house with a swing to enjoy the evenings and a firepit to enhance the ambiance of the sun setting and fresh air.
