L'Orchidée - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 6
This charming 70 m² house in Limerzel can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a pretty 28 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 104 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Day area:
- A 28 m² living room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1, upstairs: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2, upstairs: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A 104 m² enclosed garden with trees.
- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Limerzel, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and the marina...
Activities :
- The Branféré zoo is 9km away by car.
- Rochefort en terre: Contemplate its ramparts, castle and old houses! Admirably flowered, the town comes alive all year round with pretty boutiques, galleries and craft stalls. Located 13km away by car
- Arts and crafts and Christmas lights in December
- La Roche Bernard: A stroll along the quayside will take you to the site of the rock, a place steeped in history. Located 14km away by car
- Vannes 30 minutes away by car
- Nantes 55 minutes by car
- La Gacilly 35 minutes by car
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Questembert station, about 13km away (15 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Nantes airport 85km away (1 hour by car)
Other remarks :
- Spiral staircase.
- One step from the living room down to the kitchen.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided for a fire.
- A pet is accepted free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
