This charming 81 m² air-conditioned flat in L'Île-Rousse is less than a kilometre from the beach and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 44 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and two terraces. We're waiting for you!

The south-east-facing flat is arranged as follows:
Day area:
- A 44 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: two double beds (140×190).
- An extra bed can accommodate 2 children.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- Two terraces of around 8.6 m² to enjoy the fine weather, one covered and facing east and a second facing south with furniture.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

What to do :
L'île-Rousse, nicknamed the Saint-Tropez of Corsica, has something for everyone: sun worshippers will appreciate the warmest micro-climate in Corsica!
Take a seat in the village square, lined with cafés, and gaze out over the clear turquoise waters of the Balagne coastline. The cobbled streets of the old town are full of places to eat, drink and buy traditional local produce. Ile Rousse is the Saint-Tropez of Corsica! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its sumptuous landscapes.
From the port, you can walk to the centre of Ile Rousse via the beautiful narrow streets inland or along the Marinella promenade, which runs along the coast to the fabulous Place Paoli, well known to pétanque fans. Extend your walk to the beautiful islands of Pietra and Broccio for breathtaking views of the Mediterranean!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private outdoor car park (1 vehicle).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Car, scooter, bicycle and electric scooter hire.
- Bus Corsicar Line to Calvi-Bastia, Line to Saint-Florent.
- Ferry from Ile-Rousse to Marseille, Toulon and Nice.
- L'Ile Rousse train station 1.5 km away (19-minute walk).
- Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport is 26 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
