In Pléneuf-Val-André, we offer you this charming 50 m² house with sea view, overlooking the pedestrian dike with direct access to the beach. It can accommodate up to 2 travelers. The semi-detached cottage comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom upstairs and a shower room. You'll also enjoy a 10 m² terrace with sea view and an 80 m² enclosed outdoor space. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- 27 m² living room with TV, Wifi, sofa and dining area.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). Magnificent sea view from the bedroom!

Outside :
- A 10 m² west-facing terrace in front of the living room, about 8 m² with furniture to enjoy sunsets facing the sea! Direct access to the seawall and beach via a gate.
- Shared outdoor space of approx. 80 m², fully enclosed

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, baby bath, board games, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located on the Pléneuf-Val-André breakwater, facing the sea with direct access to the beach through a gate, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :

- Independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception.

- A physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.
