The House, rented from private to private, is located in the Residence "Les Restanques du Golfe de St Tropez". It is a secure domain with a caretaker of 23 hectares near the beaches (ex Pierre et Vacances).
You will enjoy a water park including 1 supervised swimming pool with waves and slides in June July August and September, 1 calm and heated swimming pool except summer, 1 private swimming pool.
The house is classified as "Meublé de tourisme" 2 stars by the Grimaud Tourist Office. It is also classified 3 ears by Gîtes de France.

Our Holiday Customers benefit from the same services as residents of Pierre et Vacances and MAEVA.
The house is 5 minutes from the aquatic area, the heated swimming pool and the Provençal grocery store, on foot, by the pedestrian path, through the park.
The sea (fine sandy beach) is 2 km away.
The surface is 55 m² completed with a 25 m² loggia (i.e. 79 m² of living space + 2 terraces (on the ground floor and first floor) of 24 m² each, thus offering 125 m² of private areas opening onto a 35 m² garden with direct access to the Restanque Park.

The advantages of our house:
- The WIFI connection via LIVEBOX ORANGE is a proprietary connection, it is reserved for our house; it is free.
- The house is air-conditioned on the ground floor and 1st floor;
- The loggia on the ground floor is equipped with a living room with a 3-seater sofa + 2-seater sofa + 2 armchairs. It is a beautiful place of healing;
- The washing machine is NEW (2021) and makes our villa suitable for family life;
- The 23 m² “Tropézienne terrace/solarium” overlooking the park. This balcony facing east to west, sunny all day, is equipped with an off-centre parasol and sunbeds to create a discreet place for rest and sunbathing.

This vacation rental, managed by PARTICULAR BY PARTICULAR, gives you free access to the aquatic area (beach, 1 swimming pool 420 m² + 1 wave pool, slides, jacuzzi, paddling pool). This exceptional set is completed by a 3rd swimming pool of La Calade, heated swimming pool.
You will also benefit from the sports facilities of the Village-Club: tennis, football; basketball, volleyball, handball, beach volleyball, table tennis.

We offer you the supply of bed linen and towels as an option, just in case…..

Great property, looks like it does in the photos. Had everything we needed, checkin and check out where great. Hard to find the property but we met our contact who took us straight to it. Would have been good to be told to go to the reception and then contact to be taken to the apartment. Only problem we had was the washing machine was broken and we were not able to use the onsite facilities but we did get a partial refund to cover costs of doing washing in port grimaud

Séjour entre Ste Maxime et St Tropez

Le site Pierre et Vacances est très agréable et bien entretenu. les villes aux alentours sont à découvrir au fil du temps (Ste Maxime, St Tropez, Grimaud, Cogolin, etc). L'ensemble de la prestation est très correct même si plusieurs détails de la maison laisse penser qu'il ne faudrait pas tarder à refaire des petits investissements.

Eine angenehme Zeit in einer schönen Ferienanlage im Mai

Les Restanques ist eine großzügig und geschmackvoll angelegte Wohn- und Ferienhausanlage oberhalb von Port Grimaud. Der Meeresstrand ist mit einem Fahrzeug in ca. 5 min erreichbar. In der Anlage selbst gibt es verschiedene Schwimmbeckenanlagen, die kostenfrei mitgenutzt werden können ebenso wie Sportanlagen. Für unsere Kinder war es sehr schön, dass sich z.B. ein Tennisplatz und ein Basketballfeld in der Nähe des Objekts befinden. Während unseres Besuchs Ende Mai war es trotz bereits mittlerer Auslastung der Gesamtanlage angenehm ruhig. Das Ferienhaus ist praktisch und gleichzeitig auch ästhetisch ansprechend gestaltet. Die Loggia und Terrasse ein posives Plus. Da die Gesamtanlage nur über einen überwachten Eingang zugänglich ist, gestaltet sich der Check-In auf den ersten Blick etwas umständlich. Jedoch hat Dank der vorherigen Kommunikation und Mitwirkung von Leslie alles gut funktioniert. Leslie betreut gemeinsam mit ihrem Ehemann das Objekt vor Ort und ist jedezeit für Fragen und etwaige Probleme vor Ort ansprechbar. Insgesamt behalten wir die Zeit in Les Restanques in sehr positiver Erinnerung.

Superbe maison, joliment décorée et équipée tout confort, la litetie est excellente et la grande terrasse sans vis a vis invite a s y poser. Residence calme et agreable, tres belles piscines dont 1 chauffée qui a été très appreciable en septembre. Et la region est magnifique. Tres bon contact avec Cecile et la propriétaire.

Un cocon paisible entre mer et nature.

A lovely holiday in Grimaud

Great property with a lot of outside space, the kids loved exploring the woods and lake. The location is perfect 2minutes drive to the bakery, 5minutes to the beach. Overall, great experience.
