Aménagé dans un ancien bâtiment viticole entièrement restauré dans le respect des traditions et matériaux anciens , Le Chai est un appartement de 114 m2 sur 2 niveaux, labellisé 4 * (norme Atout France pour les meublés de tourisme). Il allie le charme de l'ancien au confort moderne. Il saura combler les attentes d'hôtes habitués au confort des hôtels 4 * tout en leur permettant de se sentir comme chez eux.
En rez-de-jardin, vous trouverez un grand séjour de 50 m2 avec cuisine entièrement équipée et, à l'étage, 2 vastes chambres disposant chacune d'une salle de bains privative. Vous pourrez également profiter du parking à l'intérieur de la propriété et du jardin avec mobilier de jardin.
La situation est au calme mais proche des axes principaux vers Toulouse et ses environs (MEETT à 4 km, Airbus à 6,6 km).
Il conviendra aussi bien aux séjours en famille qu'aux séjours professionnels de moyenne ou longue durée. Parfait également pour les familles en "relocation" à Toulouse.

Noël en famille

Nous avons passé un super séjour.le lieu est extraordinaire dans un environnement magnifique. Lieu extrêmement confortable Dans le séjour il y a un billard nous avons adoré et joué en famille avec les enfants’ Pascale est une hôte très sympa et qui a répondu à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement à ceux qui veulent visiter Toulouse et ses environs

Beauzelle in Autumn 2017

We stayed for two weeks in Beauzelle in Pascales lovely apartment called "Le Chai". We travelled with our kids of 2.5 years and the other 5 months old. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very spacious apartment with a large living room which even had a pool billard table. In the first floor there are two separate bed rooms each having its own bathroom, everything very nicely arranged and new. In front of our apartment door was a small garden which was perfect to play football with our son. There is a nice park at the Garonne only a few minutes walk alway which was very good to take a walk with the baby buggy. We can really recommend this apartment. Pascale was very conciliant. And by the way, our kids loved the cat...

There is enough space, it is quiet and you can play outside with kids either in the garden or in the nearby park. I am always happy seeing kids playing in the garden. Elegant and historic, spacious, well-equipped apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in this superbly restored apartment in an old winery. The apartment was beautifully designed with spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, washing and drying machine, two full bathrooms, private and secure parking. We were about a 3 minute walk to the ancient village of Beauzelle and to the #70 bus to the center of Toulouse, and conveniently close to the airport. We also enjoyed the private back yard/garden. This apartment was most comfortable for our 2 week stay, and it would also be exceptionally suitable for a long-term stay. We (3 adults) immensely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful space and in this beautiful and interesting part of France. Thanks, Pascale, for your helpfulness. I would love to visit the area again, and I would always choose one of your apartments.

Très bel endroit

L'appartement est très spacieux et est décoré avec goût. Nous avons apprécié les murs en brique de Toulouse dans le séjour et le confort des chambres. Appartement idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Le village est agréable avec toutes les commodités.

Merci Olivier, Ce fut un plaisir de vous recevoir avec vos 2 jeunes enfants. Nous avons, en effet, essayé de préserver le caractère typiquement toulousain de la maison tout en y apportant un très bon niveau de confort. Le village est, il est vrai, très plaisant, j'y vis à l'année, car calme tout en étant dans la très proche périphérie de Toulouse, à seulement une dizaine de kilomètres. En espérant vous revoir peut-être bientôt, je vous remercie encore pour votre commentaire. Pascale

A great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pascale's place. She was a delight to communicate with - very kind and helpful. The space used to be a winery, so it has an old world charm, but the modern kitchen and bathrooms were very up to date. The place is in great shape and is spacious. Plenty of parking out front and the wifi worked superbly. It was a pleasant bike ride into Toulouse to explore. I would recommend this place!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour ces quelques jours au nouvel an - nous nous sommes sentis chez nous - cadre, espace, indépendance (idéal avec adolescents) et confort jusqu'aux détails conviviaux - la description de la location est conforme - les prestations sont au niveau de celles énoncées - les propriétaires établissent d'emblée un climat de confiance et sont disponibles - la ville de toulouse est très accessible et les commerces nombreux à proximité - une très bonne adresse

Nous sommes heureux d'avoir pu répondre à vos attentes et que votre séjour vous ait plu. Nous avons porté le plus grand soin à la rénovation de ce bâtiment et avons essayé de lui préserver son caractère authentique et chaleureux (briques toulousaines, poutres en chêne, enduits à la chaux...) tout en y apportant le meilleur du confort actuel. Le billard est aussi beaucoup apprécié ! Nous espérons pouvoir vous accueillir à nouveau si vous repassez par Toulouse. Cordialement, Pascale B.
