Our home offers convenient single-level living and is located in a safe, charming neighborhood just 20 miles from DFW Airport. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a spacious primary suite with a king-sized bed, smart TV, luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms each include a queen-sized bed, closet, and dresser.

In the main living area, you’ll find a comfortable space with a TV and a gas fireplace—perfect for staying cozy during the cooler months in Texas. The home also boasts natural light throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy front porch, and a private fenced backyard with patio furniture for relaxing or entertaining outdoors.

Guests have access to the entire house, as well as the HOA pool and nearby scenic walking/biking trails. After booking, we will prepare a lease for your reserved dates. If you wish to use the HOA amenities, you’ll need to bring a copy of the lease and your driver’s license to the playhouse office. Anyone who wishes to access the pool must be listed on the lease. Please note, guests are responsible for paying any access fees charged at the office.
