With 320 sq ft of space and patio area, take a romantic stay/cation or come work remotely with a reliable high speed WiFi in your private open floor plan space. With just 15 min to DTLA and 35 to Santa Monica beach, this place is centrally located to many other hot spots in LA. Amazing weekend

My boyfriend and I were in search of an affordable getaway for his birthday. We’d planned to be in LA most of our time, the location was perfect for just that. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the internet connection was amazing. There was easy access to the room and parking right by the door. Location was 12 minutes away from dtla union station. There were grocery stores and fast food 3 minutes away and some shopping stores down the way as well. Overall beautiful stay, can definitely see myself staying again! And would recommend to any person/persons ! Thank you to the home owners for a wonderful weekend.

Comfortable spot in good location

The unit is comfortable and clean, and the location in Alhambra is close to hwys and large surface streets. Alhambra has good restaurants and other amenities.

The perfect getaway.

When I was looking for places to stay in LA I was looking for a safe neighborhood and a place to have parking. This was all that and some. The room was clean always had my own parking spot and Juan was amazing to work with. We had questions and he answered promptly. We can’t recommend this place enough. This is in there backyard but we didn’t even cross paths we had all the privacy. We were close to every tourist attraction. We will be staying here again when we go back to LA.

Simply Fantastic

A perfect 4 day stay in Alhambra. From the initial communication with Juan to checking out the whole stay was a delight. Everything you could need for a short retreat - the garden/small outside space was great. Everything was spotless and clean - felt home from home. thank you and if you have a hire car a perfect base to explore all LA has to offer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I stayed for 3 nights, and my experctations were surpassed. I would gladly stay again.The accommodation is a studio-style guesthouse located inside a gated property, with easily accessible parking available in the property's shared 2-car driveway.It is very clean, with tile floors, and basic amenities including a kitchenette area with refrigerator, a decent television setup, etc.Importantly, as a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. There is a locked gate leading to a courtyard from which the guesthouse is accessed, and the neighborhood trult is quiet.Also, the air conditioning unit works great! I turned it off when I was gone during the day, but the room cooled off quickly once I turned it back on.Locationwise, this was also very accessible for where I needed to go, and Lyft pickups and dropoffs were also easy.For the price, this is hard to beat! :)

Everything about this stay was just what we needed. We especially liked the private courtyard. Just a few minutes ride to Old and Downtown Pasadena. Juan was an excellent host. We would stay here again. It's perfect for our visits to our children in Pasadena

Always love my stay here!

I have stayed in both small studios at this location and all of my stays here have been clean, quiet, easy, and always goes off without a hitch! The host is extremely helpful and kind. I appreciate the quiet, safe location - it is easy to get to Downtown LA, Pasadena, and Burbank. I also appreciate while the it is a studio, they provide all of the amenities you would need for your stay and always is very cleanly. I would highly recommend This for your next stay near LA!
