Less than average stay
Positives: Bedrooms are a nice & Nice updated master bath & hallway bath. Really liked the update flooring and open kitchen was definitely a plus. 3 tall wooden chairs are nice for the balcony. Love the location to get to stores and shops! Really liked the locked lobby.
Negatives: master bedroom mattress is terrible. The headboard hits off of the wall every time you turn in bed. Master bath toilet & shower backed up twice during our stay along with the hallway bathroom. Called realty company the first time and they told us that they wouldn’t be able to come out until NEXT DAY — it was 4:30pm! My husband called back and spoke with them — they did end up coming around 6pm. The 2nd time it backed up, there was feces in the shower! Shower curtain had a ton of mildew on the bottom. The washer had a musty smell. The cleaning of the property could have been better. Blinds had a layer of dust all over them and baseboards had dust everywhere too. A simple Swiffer or wipe of each would be satisfactory. The coffee table wasn’t even moved when the floor was swept because there was hairballs, sand and lint under it. One additional odd thing — the 3rd bedroom, the bed had the comforter, then fitted sheet and under the fitted sheet was the regular sheet and mattress cover. It was like someone forgot the fitted sheet and didn’t want to unmake the bed to put it on and then make it again. Pool was dirty and turned bathing suits green.
