Great week

Gorgeous views and plenty of room. Love the location in our favorite section of Cherry Grove. Great value for the money!! We were hoping he pier would be repaired after last years storm, but unfortunately it was not. This did not take anything away from a terrific week. Our only suggestion is it’s time to replace the mattresses. Otherwise, a fantastic space for making memories with family and friends!

Great beach location

Great location and very quiet. Condo was very clean. Nice view. Expected better accommodations compared to pictures. It was nice enough but glass doors need attention and so does the ice maker. Garbage disposable did not work. You can only turn air down to 70. Water pressure in showers were terrible. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials but you need everything to cook with including salt and pepper. Ive never stayed anywhere before that did not have a blow dryer and you have to provide your own toilet paper and extra trash bags. There is no bobywash just 3 small soap bars. You only get 1 kitchen towel and kitchen wash cloth for the week, so bring washing machine detergent. All things considered, we really enjoyed the week but we will stay somewhere else next time.

DON’T USE THOMAS! Terrible communication and lack of cleanliness.

Just like some of the reviews state, the communication is terrible! There are no parking instructions, maps of the buildings or access instructions. The initial communication from Thomas vacations stated check in is 3-6 pm and included an after hours door code. There was no communication from Thomas again until check out. Since the after hours code didn’t work, I was finally able to access the unit at 2am while speaking with an after hours operator and trying 8 different door codes. Once in the unit, we found that the unit had obviously not been inspected due to the dirty toilets, broken furniture and cleaning products left around the unit. At check out, I reported the problems encountered, but it fell on deaf ears. There was no apology for the access problems and was asked why I didn’t report the cleanliness problems in a timely manner. Other than a severely leaning porch, the unit has a great location with easy beach access.
