It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 385 m². Wi-Fi is included, so we're just waiting for you!

The entrance to the house is on the upper floor.
It is laid out as follows:
Lower level:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, working stove, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with: oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath
- Separate toilet
- Laundry room with washing machine

Upper level:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower)
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower)
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140x190) with en-suite bathroom (shower)

Outside:
- A pleasant 70 m² terrace with sea view, two lounge chairs, a large aluminum table with extension and chairs, and a seating area (pallets with cushions).

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha grill, fan, ironing board, and iron.

The house is ideally located in Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Its ideal location allows you to quickly reach the main attractions of northwestern Corsica: Île Rousse is 6 km away, Calvi and St. Florent are 40 minutes away, and the Calanques de Piana and Cap Corse are also nearby.
You can take advantage of the proximity to the sea to enjoy various water sports or rent a boat.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private garage.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). Kit for 2 people: $35; kit for 1 person: $18. A kit includes sheets, towels, bath mat, and tea towel.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
