In the heart of Saintes.

Our townhouse is in a great location, not far from the train station and very close to the Abbaye aux Dames. You can explore the entire town on foot. You can also take a lovely walk along the Charente River.
The house is located on a cul-de-sac—no noise at all.
There are free parking spots nearby.

The house has 3 floors.
On the ground floor are the bedroom, the bathroom, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor is the living room.
And on the second floor are the kitchen and a lovely terrace overlooking the rooftops of Saintes and the cathedral.
Please note that this house is not recommended for people with limited mobility or young children.

Perfect ‘centre ville’ location

We enjoyed our stay in the property which was ideally situated for exploring Saintes. Very close to boulangerie and restaurants. Lovely view from the roof terrace over Saintes. It is on three levels so you need to be fit and able to climb two lots of stairs. We would definitely revisit if in Saintes again.

Original
