Full bath located on 1st floor- walk-in shower, pedestal sink

BEACH ACCESS:
Private deeded beach access through the WaterColor Beach club.
Van Ness Butler, Jr. Regional Access Access is ADA accessible and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located between Seaside & WaterColor w/ parking on the northside of 30A. Lifeguards are on duty from 10am-6pm, seven days a week from March 1- Sept 30. Tents must be 10’ x 10’ or smaller and are to be set up only on the top 1/3 of the available beach space, still allowing for a 15’ distance from the dunes for emergency vehicles.
**Beach-accessible wheelchairs are available seasonally at this access by calling the South Walton Fire District office**

WaterColor Beach Club:
The beach club features both upper and lower decks, providing guests with multiple vantage points to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Changing rooms are available for guests, complete with showers and lockers, allowing them to freshen up before or after enjoying the beach. Three pools offer a variety of swimming options. Situated directly on the beachfront, the Watercolor Beach Club boasts unobstructed views of the emerald waters and pristine sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Camp WaterColor:
Camp Watercolor is a vibrant recreational hub nestled within the charming community of Watercolor, offering an array of exciting amenities for guests of all ages.
• Tower Slide, Lazy River, Half basketball court, Children's playground, 2 Pools and a 3rd Zero Entry Pool that provides a gradual slope into
the water, ideal for guests of all ages, including young children and those with limited mobility.
• Pools: Guests can enjoy the pools from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm daily.
• Each guest 5+ must be wearing a guest wristband for Beach Club & Camp WaterColor entry. Paper wristbands will be provided for
children under the age of 5.
• Guests must check in and check out with their wristband at the Beach Club & Camp WaterColor.
• Coolers, glass, outside food/beverages is strictly prohibited at the WaterColor Beach Club & Camp WaterColor.

Booking Policy:
• NO PETS
• 50% reservation deposit is due at time of booking
• Reservations canceled prior to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund
• Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST
