Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very friendly and mice to work with during our stay. We used the golf cart snd wristbands provided with the rental.

Wonderful get away

Came here with a group of girlfriends for a relaxing girls weekend we all love the property. Thought the beds were comfortable very clean and beautiful home. Love the access to watercolors and all the amenities were nice. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

What a Great Trip!

Took a small group of friends and teens to Watercolor and we loved this property! Everything was so nice. Having the cart was a game changer. Great location and would love to book again!

Could have been cleaner

The house is overall a nice home but there is a lot that is dirty and worn that needs to be replaced to make it feel more comfortable for guests. The location and community amenities and golf cart were great!

I would say pretty nice. Good to have the golf cart and bikes included. Kitchen well stocked. Giving a 3 because of the air conditioning. It was freezing cold on the main floor and warm and humid upstairs. Very musty smell in the whole house. Including a picture of the disgusting moldy bathroom vents.

Azul is Awesome!!

Azul was awesome!The golf cart is invaluable. Azul’s location and proximity to Publix was so nice ! Having a grocery store so close - nobody wants to waste time shopping on vacation but it’s unavoidable.The house is beautiful and the water pressure was fantastic! We enjoyed taking the golf cart everywhere making a fun experience for all as it’s better than relying on Ride share or a car rental. WeWould definitely stay again!!!

This is a great home- especially for a small family! The golf cart was great and my little boys enjoyed riding it everywhere we went. Also, property is in close proximity to Publix for groceries. My kids love camp watercolor and the beach club! Would definitely recommend this property!!

Everything about our stay was amazing! My sister and I had the best time ever! The property and location was beautiful and the golf cart was perfect! We didn’t even need a car which saved a ton. Will be back for sure!!❤️

Perfection!

Fabulous property. Screened in porch is so peaceful that you don’t want to leave! Each bedroom on en suite making it perfect to travel with family or friends. Close to grocery store. Lots of room to spread out. Easy access to pools, beach, and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Early April at Watercolor

First time visit with grandchildren for spring break. Large, well organized community. Main pools were very crowded so we were mostly at the Dragonfly pool. Parking near Camp Watercolor and Beach Club is limited and/or 25 a day, even for carts. Weather was so-so. Overall, still a good time and an excellent vacation community.

Perfectly Peaceful

Azul was a wonderful house to stay in for our trip with my daughters and their friends! It was so beautifully decorated, spacious, yet cozy, and we had plenty of towels. The grocery store was so close by which made it so convenient if we needed anything at all. This house is nestled in a sweet, quiet neighborhood that is located a short golf cart ride or bike ride to the beach. Beautiful place!! I hope we can stay again someday! The children loved the bunk room, golf cart, and white chocolate sand dollars. Sand Dollar One was wonderful to work with. Someone always responded quickly and were always so kind and helpful. We will definitely used SDO in the future.

Family vacation in Watercolor

We loved our stay at this house! The house is brand new, clean and looks better in person than online. The decor is beautiful and relaxing. The beds are really comfy and we loved the screened in porch for enjoying our morning coffee. The location was great for us and we loved having access to the Watercolor Beach Club and Camp watercolor. It’s a short bike ride or golf cart trip to Seaside, the beach and the Beach club. Publix is walking distance. Hoping to come back next year!

Everything was wonderful. Loved the convenience of having the bicycles and golf cart. The Watercolor amenities are amazing! The only thing I would suggest is more storage in the bedrooms. There wasn’t quite enough room to unpack. I would definitely rent this property again.

Fantastic Family House and Neighborhood

This house was perfect for our family vacation (my wife and I plus our two girls, ages 5 and 3). The golf cart was a huge perk as it made it super easy to get around Seaside. Spending time on the screened-in porch was a nice way to end each night. My only suggestions would be adding a gate at the top of the stairs (small children getting out of bed at night) and getting the steering wheel on the golf cart repaired. Terrific house overall and we’d love to stay there again!

Fun in the Sun

Lovely comfortable home. Just wish there was outside dining table, especially on the front screened porch facing the pretty green space. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee out there every morning. The chairs are super huge so if they were a little smaller, there could be an outside dining table. Thanks! Anita

Great place

The house and location are great. The dryer does not work well at all. Needs replaced, had to restart several times to even get one load dry. There is also some very obvious mold on bathroom vents. Beds were comfy, decor was cute, and yes like other reviews say the steering on the golf cart was hard. We would stay again especially if the little things were corrected.

Nice Home!

This home is very nice and in a great location. One of the bikes provided ( the black bike) has no brakes. This should be addressed as we did not realize until after we were out on a ride. Also the back door leading out to the screened porch does not lock. Outside of those things we really enjoyed our stay!
