Located in the last village on the island of Oléron, 300 meters from the Chassiron Lighthouse in La Morelière, this luxurious villa offers all the assets for peaceful and successful holidays. Its high-end equipment includes a 127 cm flat-screen TV, plus two additional TVs in the bedrooms via terrestrial digital television, a top-of-the-range open-plan kitchen with an XL American-style refrigerator, induction cooktop, pyrolytic oven, and abundant, brand-new equipment.

The property features two terraces, one of which is 80 m² and illuminated by 10 recessed spotlights, as well as a 400 m² landscaped lawn with a fixed barbecue and high-end plancha grill. There are three bedrooms (with memory foam mattresses), each with its own private shower room, and a separate WC. Interior and terrace doors are sliding pocket doors.

This house has been renovated from a former wine cellar, offering beautiful ceiling heights with exposed beams. Its warm and modern interior provides absolute peace and privacy, with no overlooking neighbors, ensuring a truly relaxing holiday. You will also benefit from high-speed fiber internet, secure enclosed parking, and a fully equipped terrace with sun loungers, designer armchairs, and an outdoor lounge and dining area.

Maison confortable

La maison est confortable dans son ensemble, manque juste quelques aménagements extetueurs pour vraiment profiter, quelques chaises longues confirtables seraient bien.L'annonce faut mention de velos mais en réalité dans un piètre etat, ils ne sont pas en etat de marcher, voir dangeureux.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Les hôtes sont accueillants et très attentionnés. La maison est spacieuse, très confortable et très bien équipée. Très agréable à vivre et au calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable à vivre, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. L'île d'Oléron nous reverra (nous l'avons rebaptisée l'île paisible) et très probablement dans la même maison.

Sehr schönes, grosszügiges und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit angenehmer Terrasse, im Norden der Insel gelegen. Ruhige Lage ausserhalb von Saint-Denis d'Oléron. Badestrände per Velo oder Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Tout à fait conforme à l annonce

Le gros plus : très près de la mer, a 50 m, super pratique pour partir courir le matin. Plage avec algues. A l extrémité de l ile, peu de monde, super pour se ressourcer (et premiers commerces à 3 km) A savoir : vélos partagés avec une autre location. Les ‘voisins’ se sont accaparé les vélos en état de fonctionnement à leur arrivée, nous obligeant à louer des vélos pour la semaine. Prévoir 50e mini par personne et par semaine en plus si vous n’arrivez pas les premiers et que vous êtes amateurs de vélo. Maison très bien équipée, moderne, et propre.

Großzügig, stylisch

sehr großzügiges Ferienhaus, fast stylisch eingerichtet mit grosser Terrasse nach Süden. Küche voll ausgestattet, gross genug, um auch für eine Familie mehrgängig zu kochen , wenn man das will. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Ein kleines Sternchen Abzug bei der Lage, weil es keinen Meerblick gibt.

Magnifique location dans le coin "sauvage" de l ile

Très belle maison, bien agencée et très bien équipée ! Belles terrasses aussi ! Ménage laissant un peu à désirer sauf sanitaires très propres. Regret de n avoir vu personne à l arrivée.... donc pas d accueil.... Dommage ! Mais cette semaine de vacances restera un beau souvenir !

Très belle villa dans un très bel endroit

Nous avons été très satisfaits par la location. Tout était propice au déroulement d’un bon séjour toutefois à l’arrivée il nous a fallu refaire le ménage car il avait été fait sommairement ( cuvette WC, robinetterie de douche , table du salon et salon extérieur ). L’accueil était chaleureux , les emplacements pour se garer étaient spacieux. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

La maison est très confortables, bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Elle est très bien placée si vous recherchez du calme pour une séjour reposant. Elle reste proche de St Denis pour les courses, balades, plages... les hôtes sont accueillants et attentionnés. Ils partagent volontiers quelques bons plans pour découvrir l’île. En bref, une location idéale.

Great Place, Lovely support, fantastic Island

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The House is spacious, well in shape and you will find all you need. It is very very quiet and the Ocean is to one side 1 Minute and to the other side 15 min walk away. The landscape is just beautiful. Patrick and his brother took care of us very kindly and answered all questions and gave us lots of tipps regarding Restaurants, sightseeing, beaches etc. We would love to come back soon.

Nature confort découverte

Cette maison est le reflet d'un couple de propriétaire qui a le respect de leurs hôtes en valorisant l'habitation dans un confort douillet proche du chez soi, tout en ayant un caractère champêtre et typique. Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréable dans une ambiance paisible au grand air, sans promiscuité. Les points forts; parking fermé avec accès direct, télé HD Grand format, couchage haut de gamme, terrasse avec store, mobilier, disposition des chambres, enfin une maison où l'on se sent bien.. Location à Oléron

Location en totale adéquation avec l'annonce, et dans un état parfait. Par ailleurs, un excellent contact avec les propriétaires parfaitement organisés pour cette location sans souci ! Ravis de notre séjour, avec l'espoir d'y revenir un jour.
