The Little summer house, a charming eco-gîte on the Champagne tourist trail

The Little summer house is a charming house in country stones, dating from the French Revolution, enclosed by walls. It has three spacious bedrooms decorated with care, a new kitchen fully equipped, a cozy living room where burns a pellet stove during the cold seasons and a particularly bright bathroom. And even, nestled at the bottom of the garden, a half-timbered house. Between June and September, an in-ground swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace is accessible.

The Little summer house combines the charm of authenticity with modern comfort. Its rooms are spacious. Its decoration was designed with taste (furniture, bedding, lighting and fine art works). The garden with the swimming pool is facing south. You can park inside the property.

Its kitchen includes a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer independent, an air-conditioned oven and a microwave and a multitude of other small appliances. There is a washing machine in the kitchen.

In the living room, a 80 cm flat screen TV allows you to receive about thirty channels or TNT. A hi-fi system (CD, tuner, DVD) with the possibility of USB connection or i-pod, is connected to two wall speakers.

The cottage is equipped with wi-fi internet access.

Located in an extraordinarily quiet area of the village of Landreville, a character town where a delicious vintage champagne has been produced for generations, the Little summer house was renovated with the greatest concern to respect the environment: a non-polluting heating mode (pellet stove, thermodynamic balloon for the production of hot water), optimal insulation in ecological materials (wood wool, cellulose wadding, hemp, lime, vermiculite), double glazing frames with low emissivity handcrafted in wood made in France.

Everything encourages relaxation and healing.

Roseline and Jean-François Demeyère welcome you all year round, for a short break or a longer stay, from Saturday to Saturday.

Excellent séjour

La semaine que nous avons passée dans la Petite Maison d'Eté à Landreville était excellente. Les propriétaires sont charmants et la maison dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin même pour des séjours prolongés. Elle est très facilement accessible et bien placée pour les projets que nous avons en cours.Merci et à bientôt!

Cute and quirky

The owners were very helpful prior to our arrival, sorting out cot, high chair etc, and greeted us in the pouring rain to show us around Property is very lovely, a large living room, although only one [large] sofa as far as comfy seating. Kitchen/dining room also big and plenty of room for 6 people Upstairs were 2 double rooms and a toilet and bathroom, and at the top an attic room with 2 single beds that are also sofas. This room was quite hot as only had a velux window so couldn't be left open if the weather was changeable. Only one toilet Stairs would be tricky with small kids or people with limited mobility Pool lovely Parking for one car, although the smaller the better as the roads in the village are "traditional" meaning narrow and twisty Not much to do in the area if you are keen for activities, but plenty if you are after a relaxing time. Vineyards, Troyes, Lac d'Orient all worth a visit Definitely would go back to the area

Dépaysement total & gîte super cosy

Nous avons passé de fabuleux moments dans cette merveilleuse et charmante région, qui offre plein d'activités, de beaux coins, de produits goûteux, de chapelles pitorèsques, de spiritualité et une vie vraiment paisible. Les marchés hebdomadaires et les petites boutiques à Bar-sur -Seine vous invitent à découvrir de vrais trésors (produits fermiers tels que du miel, fromage ou savons naturels faits à la main) Le gîte est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et de cœur. Notre fils adolescent a profité de l'environnement calme et a trouvé tout de même une belle gamme d'activités intéressantes à essayer. La maison se prête également parfaitement aux familles avec de jeunes enfants, y trouvant un équipement complet (chaise haute, lit, table à langer,...). Le jardin correspondant au gîte est un vrai havre de paix en écoutant les oiseaux le matin. Madame et Monsieur D. sont toujours aux petits soins de leur locataires et nous ont accueillis de façon, que nous nous sommes sentis à la maison dès notre arrivée, tout en étant discrets. Nous vous remercions sincèrement pour cette belle expérience, dont nous nous souviendrons pendant très longtemps et conseillons à quiconque de passer de superbes vacances à Landreville et avec ses habitants sympathiques. Allez-y les yeux fermés...

Maison très agréable dans une superbe région

Maison très agréable, très bien décorée et spacieuse. Village avec petite superette et dépot pain, la maison est située à 10 min à pied d'un petit ruisseau où les enfants peuvent aller pataguer à leur aise. Superbe région avec une ferme pédagogique à proximité, une réserve naturelle...

Quiet and relaxing!

A wonderfully appointed little gite ideally located in the pretty village of Landreville. Decorated and equipped to a good standard, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay. Within easy travelling distance of great places to visit and there was lots of information at the property of things to see and do in the surrounding area. if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway this place is ideal!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette jolie maison Le gîte est très propre , fonctionnel et très calme . Le village et la région sont magnifiques au printemps et c'est un endroit très paisible Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir, les lacs de la forêt d'Orient sont très bien aménagés et le parc d'attraction nigloland est très agréable, on y a passé une très belle journée avec nos petits enfants Le propriétaire, Monsieur Demeyere, est très agréable, prodigue de bons conseils et est très discret . Nous recommandons vivement cette jolie maison.

Eco-Gîte ist der Hit 😉

Sehr schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet (v. a. die Küche). Herzlicher Empfang mit Suppe, Käse und Baguette. Aber etwas zu kühl im Winter, da das Haus nur mit einem Pelletofen im Wohnzimmer geheizt wird. Schöne Gegend, verschlafenes Dörfchen. Kann man in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen, aber eher für die warmen Monate.

Exceptionnel

Après un accueil personnalisé par Mr Demeyère, propriétaire aux petits soins, nous découvrons un gîte authentique, décoré harmonieusement, équipé dans les détails. Les espaces de vie impeccables permettent de vivre agréablement à 6. Un premier sentiment se dégage.......on est presque chez nous! Il y a un jardin équipé de meubles de jardin pour lire ou papoter à l'ombre. Le village de Landreville assure calme et sérénité où de nombreuses promenades fléchées permettent de découvrir à pieds ou à vélo la campagne environnante. Distant de quelques kilomètres d'Essoyes, la ville des Renoir, on y trouve boulangeries, petits restaurants nichés au bord de l'eau et commerces de proximité (pharmacie, distributeur de billets,..). L'Aube Champenoise et ses nombreux villages permettent à ceux qui l'apprécient de goûter au divin breuvage qu'est le Champagne. La rencontre avec les petits producteurs locaux qui parlent de leur métier avec passion et qui font déguster leur production est à chaque fois un vrai bonheur. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette destination et ce gîte d'exception.

Charme quiétude et découverte

Dans une maison rénovée avec goût, ce gîte à un cachet charmant. L'espace y est vaste et bien agencé, la décoration est soignée et le lieu est très très bien équipé. La petite terrasse et le jardin ouvre sur l'extérieur et contribue au confort général. De plus, le gîte est situé à deux pas du village de Renoir, de la forêt d'Orient et de lacs sublimes! A découvrir, vraiment!
