Very nice villa, newly renovated, ideally situated in a residential area very close to the city center and the marina.
Composition: kitchen, 3x bedroom (160 cm wide beds), 2x bathroom, WC, living room
Amenities: iron & ironing board, bed linen & towels, washing machine, 2x dishwasher, cable tv, terrace, satellite tv, air conditioning, private parking, free cot in the apartment, heated pool, safe deposit, no parties, private entrance, enhanced cleaning practices, garden, free wireless internet, 2x shower, 3x double bed, double sofa, big screen tv, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee maker.
The villa is at 2 kms from the beach and 1,5 kms from all the shops, restaurants, the golf, casino, the local weekly market and the marina.
Guarantee deposit of 1500 euros to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 120 euros to be paid upon arrival, and a tourist tax of 0,90 € per adult per night (except for airbnb bookings which include them in the quote) to be paid at the booking
