Beautiful, comfortable, well built, well appointed home with great baths in a perfect location for town and the park. Elk, deer, and turkeys like the neighborhood, too. Wonderful for our multi-generational family.

Very nice and quite eclectic. The floor plan is great. The outside deck area is cool. The river adjoining (back yard of) the property adds a lot. It has all the stuff we would need. I surely would recommend. An additional plus is it's near to downtown for quick grocery shopping.

This house is amazing and we loved it! It’s a beautifully built and designed home. We would have loved a king size bed in the master bedroom. Also, the bathrooms with windows by the toilets need privacy shades/blinds.

Wonderful House and Location

We loved this house. Very interesting architecture and design. Fantastic location on the fall river (we did catch some trout btw.) Lots of space, very well furnished. Would definitely look to come back sometime!

Unique and beautiful home

We loved our stay here. The house is just beautiful with lots of space to spread out. The location is close to everything we wanted to do. Sitting on the back porch in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the river flow by was my favorite thing to do! And one morning we had a mama deer with two fawns wandering through. Would love to come back soon!

The pictures do not do this property justice! It is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail feels intentional, and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need—from the everyday necessities to all the little extras that made our stay so easy and enjoyable.The river is literally just steps away, which was such a special feature. The location is fantastic—just about a mile from downtown Estes Park and only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, making it the perfect home base for exploring the area.We also saw an incredible amount of wildlife right around the property. And when I say wildlife, I mean it! We even had two bears break into our car and honk the horn! So, a very important PSA for future guests: LOCK YOUR CAR DOORS! The bears apparently have no respect for personal property.There were also plenty of activities and things to enjoy at the property to keep kids of all ages entertained, which made it especially great for families.Overall, this was an amazing stay, and we would absolutely come back. Beautiful property, perfect location, incredibly well stocked, and an unforgettable wildlife experience!

Family get together

We loved the house and the location. It was my wife our 2 adult children with their spouses and 2 grandchildren. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The grandkids loved the house and our adult son enjoyed fishing in the river which was in the backyard. RMNP is close by. Great memories were made!!!

A great house

This house is beautifully decorated with an artistic Flavor that is very different and fun. The rooms were nice and the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have ever seen in a rental. Highly recommend the house. Even though you do not need air conditioning a lot in the Estes Park area I do not believe the house was air-conditioned and we had a few days of 80°.

What an artful and esthetically pleasing house! We had 7 adults in our party and everyone gave the house 5 stars! Everything is perfectly appointed and comfortable. Lots of places to relax and enjoy our family time. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the owners for sharing their special home.
