COMFORTABLE QUIET PRIVATE BEDROOM FOR FOUR GUESTS!!! Looking for a huge value for your money? Look no further. Beautiful home with a large ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and a couch that has a full size pull out sleeper. Complete with Kitchen table, desk for a work space, 48" TV with spectrum cable, mini fridge with freezer, and microwave. You will also have your own private entrance, as well as access to the pool. Coffee, towels and basic bath amenities included. NO CLEANING FEE!!! Please email with bookings longer than 60 days.

Everything was exactly as advertised and was perfectly located in Lakeland for access to downtown and hopping on the toll road. And the pool! I wish I had time to spend every minute there. I'll rent again if I have business in Lakeland or near by. Definitely beats the hotel options I researched!

Quiet, clean and well priced stay

This is my second stay at this property so that should tell you something. Although it is attached to a home (nice and quiet residential area) the property is private and quiet. Pros are as follows:• The communication is always excellent.• Tiled floor throughout (no permanent carpet). So it always feels clean.• Nice mini fridge with an actual small freezer with it's own door -- bigger than the min refrigerators at a hotel. Big enough for your leftovers or food / freezer packs.• Thoughtfully equipped (towels -- even though I bring my own, extra pillows, sheets, etc.)• Comfortable bed• Cold and remote controlled wall AC unit• Convenient location and you can always park right next to your front door (your own concrete padded parking spot)• Fairly priced... I hope it can stay that way because I plan more visits to Lakeland :-)WISH LIST (not complaints, just constructive feedback)• Although the bathroom is modest and clean, I wish they could install a handheld shower attachment... There's even a splitter for it already.• Add inexpensive or disposable silverware -- spoons, forks and butter knives. They are thoughtful enough to add many other accessories like disposable cups, free coffee for the coffee machine, sugars, etc.• Replace the TV with a ROKU smart TV so that guests could sign on to their own streaming services. Right now there is a functional older set that is not "smart" -- a 36" to 42" Roku smart TV can easily fit and will not cost much these days.

Great little area, close to some local things to do. Felt like a little hotel room, with private access. Didn’t use the pool, but when I come to visit family again, I’d definitely stay. A little weird finding the front door, but if you read the instructions properly you’ll be just fine!

This was the perfect location for sleeping after a busy day in Central Florida. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. The air-condition was perfect. We wanted to swim, but we didn't get a chance- though the pool was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was wonderful. The location is very close to Florida Southern, Southeaster University, and downtown Lakeland and just a hop and a skip over to Orlando or towards the beach!

Had unique smell that set off allergies immediately. Perhaps something to mask other smells. A mix of newer and dated in bath and furnishings. Shower has mold on ceiling and sides/floor. Overall cleanliness was poor. Guess you get what you pay for.
