COMFORTABLE QUIET PRIVATE BEDROOM FOR FOUR GUESTS!!! Looking for a huge value for your money? Look no further. Beautiful home with a large ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and a couch that has a full size pull out sleeper. Complete with Kitchen table, desk for a work space, 48" TV with spectrum cable, mini fridge with freezer, and microwave. You will also have your own private entrance, as well as access to the pool. Coffee, towels and basic bath amenities included. NO CLEANING FEE!!! Please email with bookings longer than 60 days.

We don’t have any major checkout instructions, if you leave prior to 11am just send us a quick text.
If you would like to empty the trash the large cans are located to the right of the garage. And of course just make sure you don’t forget any of your personal items.

Everything was exactly as advertised and was perfectly located in Lakeland for access to downtown and hopping on the toll road. And the pool! I wish I had time to spend every minute there. I'll rent again if I have business in Lakeland or near by. Definitely beats the hotel options I researched!

I am also a Retired Military spouse, and love anything that has to do with Horses!!! The room is managed by my son Jason who is a real estate agent :-)
