Enjoy your private entrance and pool access. Coffee, towels, and basic bath amenities included.

2-night minimum. One-night stays may be approved upon request with an additional cleaning fee.

Very nice accommodations. Quiet area and small outside area to sit and relax. The pool is set up very nice with access on the other side of the home. If WIFI is needed for any work check on arrival so if there is a connection issue you can reach out to the managers, as this room is on the other side of the main dwelling.Very understanding owners with any issues you may have.

This is my second time staying here and it was perfect for a quick one night visit in Lakeland. The first time I stayed I didn’t use the pool, but we were able to take a quick dip in the pool the day we checked out and it was perfect. The place is exactly how it is described and would definitely stay again!

Jason was such an amazing host, he made us feel very welcomed and allowed us complete privacy! The room was sooo clean and comfortable and the directions were perfectly explained for us to get into the home!

Everything about this property was exactly as listed! There was a momentary problem with the digital lock on the property entrance when we arrived - but one call had the problem corrected in less than 2 minutes. Easy access in & out. And - the bonus for us was the centrality of the location for everything we needed to accomplish.

We returned from a seven night cruise and needed a quiet and comfortable space to visit with family before returning home. This reservation exceeded our expectations and we had the best sleep. The hosts were friendly, the location perfect, and the room was exceptional. From the comfortable bed to the soft towels, we had all that we needed. I appreciated having the space to walk around the room and the coffee was a thoughtful touch. We didn’t use the pool but will in the future. We took a 20 minute walk to breakfast and picked up some groceries for the in-room fridge. The price was so much better than any hotel room we could’ve booked and we felt more at home. Thank you!

Good for a couple looking for a quiet reasonably priced accommodation.

Nice neighborhood conveniently located to attractions and restaurants. Second time staying there and will do so on future visits to the area.

I am also a Retired Military spouse, and love anything that has to do with Horses!!! The room is managed by my son Jason who is a real estate agent :-)
