3 Bedroom/ 3 Bath House in Laurel Grove Neighborhood with Golf Cart Included!

This Laurel Grove home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on ravens run. This home has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining room. The living area has extremely high ceilings and a porch on the front and back of the home. The Primary bedroom is on the first floor and has a King bed and private bathroom. The primary bedroom has a door that leads to the back porch. Just down the hallway there is another guest bedroom on the first floor. There is an additional King bed from this room. Adjoining this bedroom is a bathroom shared with the hallway. Upstairs there is an additional bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom.

The home has two porches to enjoy. The back porch is a relaxing area overlooking the golf course and also has a gas grill for outdoor living. Just beside the home is a garage that includes a golf cart available to licensed driver's renting the home. In addition to this, there are also two adult bikes in the garage along with 3 beach chairs you may take with you to the beach.

One parking space dedicated for this home in front of the garage. Overflow parking offered at the pool area.

Beautiful home!

Excellent property in a peaceful neighborhood in Sandestin Resort. The house is beautiful, with open spacious floor plan, bright, and homey beach decor. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms with large showers. Perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids.

Great Getaway!

We have been going to Sandestin for 25+ years and have even had our own property along the way. Your house made us feel at home! Lovely upgrades and finishing touches which made this cottage stand out. Having access to the golf cart was wonderful - great to use for our trips to the Village, Beach and Miniature Golf. Thank you for hosting us in your home....we'll be back :)

Beautiful home/great location

The home was beautiful - we had 7 guests and it was perfect. It looked exactly like the pictures online. The house was very clean and organized. The dining and recreation seating was perfect for our family. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and stocked with all the start-up supplies that we needed. The outdoor seating was ideal and the view of the golf course out back was so relaxing. The property manager was very responsive to questions about the refrigerator and came quickly to properly set the temperature. There was also beach gear (chairs, towels, floaters, balls, etc) for us to use which was a bonus (although we didn’t use all of it). Overall we had a wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Nice but won’t stay again

The property is comfortable, clean and nicely decorated for our large family to stay for the week. The location of the property feels secluded but close to everything. We had an issue with the golf cart that was advertised as a 6 seater not being provided. We were given a 4 seater which did not fit our needs and ended up having to take a car and golf cart everywhere to get around. I wish we had known the golf carts we’re having problems for a few weeks when we could have booked another rental while still in the timeframe of cancellation. We had to pay for parking numerous times in Sandestin community, even for valet at night. The perk of renting in this area is using a golf cart since you are in a golf cart community and everything has golf carts. I asked the property manager for any type of compensation for the use of the cart, in which the response was no. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap for the week would have been appreciated at this price point.

Perfect vacation home for our family of 6

We have been staying in Miramar 5 years during fall break and absolutely love the location. This house was icing on the cake! Spacious, beautifully decorated, quiet, convenient to shopping, restaurants, golf, and beach. The house had everything we needed for our family of 6. All the beds were very comfortable & each room had fans for white noise. It was hard to leave this one. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful home/lacking a few basics

Beautiful home in a neighborhood we love. Pros-nice golf cart, beach gear was provided, spacious living room, upstairs bedroom is enclosed (versus a loft). Cons-Basic necessities were lacking. For instance, there was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwasher detergent for our stay. There were also not enough beach towels for the amount of people the house sleeps. Disappointed this was not included for the price. Parking not ideal since you have to put the car in front of the garage where the golf cart is housed.

Great house

From start to finish this was an easy process. Ashley was timely with answers to questions. The house itself was perfect for our family of four. The layout was great for entertaining other families for dinner as well. I’d rent this place again and/or recommend to family and friends.

40th Birthday Family Getaway

We traveled to SanDestin with our family of 5 for a 40th Birthday getaway and we couldn't have been happier with the area or the house. The layout of the home was perfect for a family with kids. The kitchen and living area was very spacious and stocked with everything we needed. We were able to park our car and use the golf cart the entire week. Tons of great restaurants and entertainment within a few minute golf cart ride. The garage was stocked with all sorts of beach items there weren't listed so that was very helpful. We will definitely be back and would choose this exact house or neighborhood again!

Sandestin Laurel Grove

This property was just fantastic. Back porch faces golf course, quiet with lots of wildlife. We loved the gated community with golf cart use back and forth from the beach. Could have used directions to amenities or a community map for first time visitors. We will certainly stay again, huge relaxing tubs were a big hit. Convenient washer/dryer location.
