Luxury T3 apartment upstairs with fully equipped private terrace and offering a splendid sea view of the Gulf of Ajaccio to the Sanguinaires Islands.

Located in the municipality of Pietrosella at the place called "Vignale", beach access can be done on foot (Stagnola beach 200 meters away). The beautiful beaches of the Rupione as well as the silver beach (Mare e sole) are only a few minutes away by car.

Close to all amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, water activities...).

Residence of 6 comfortable and completely renovated apartments, in a wooded park with swimming pool overlooking the sea.

Fenced parking with digicode.

All apartments are air-conditioned and have a Wi-Fi connection.

Details of the apartment:

- living room with sea view, equipped with a TV, a sofa and an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishes).

- beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and fully equipped (dining table, umbrella, electric barbecue, Chilean, sheed)

- bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer.

- bedroom 1 with 160cm bed, TV and storage.

- bedroom 2 with 2 beds of 90cm (possibility to pair them to make a double bed) and storage.

Also available, a common laundry room with washing machine and a bowling alley.

Optional services:

- towels and sheet kit (extra charge, subject to availability)

- umbrella bed with real mattress (extra charge, subject to availability)

- IKEA high chair (extra charge, subject to availability)

For health reasons, a cleaning fee of €90 (supplement of €30 if pet) will be paid on site upon your arrival.

We only accept small dogs as pets on request.

The handover of the keys is done in person, arrivals after 8:00 p.m. are subject to acceptance after a prior request.

Any additional fees may be applied if necessary.
