Magnifique

We absolutely loved our stay and felt so welcomed by both Henda, and her friend, Sophie, who handled our check-in. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the Cote d’Azure.

Excellent séjour, location très agréable et exceptionnelle

L'appartement est localisé dans une belle villa surplombant la rade de Villefranche, dans un quartier calme, entouré par d'autres villas. La vue est magnifique en face du Cap Ferrat. Isabelle en charge du nettoyage et Sophie du check in sont très sympathiques, fort aimables et toujours soucieuse du bien-être des vacanciers. Henda la propriétaire est facilement joignable et à l'écoute. L'appartement est tres bien tenu, bien équipé, spacieux, joliment décoré en style art deco. La piscine et le jardin constituent un plus indéniable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous pensons y revenir. Nous tenons à remercier les 3 personnes susmentionnées pour la qualité de leur accueil et leur gentillesse. DIDIER H.

Amazing place

We had the most wonderful stay at Hendas house. Everything was perfect and even better than we could hope for. Have been in Villefranche many times but never in a beautiful house and view as this. We hope to rent many times again in the future.

Less Livable Than Photos Suggest

In spite of a spectacular terrace view and the friendly property managers, Isabelle and Christophe, we found our 2-week stay in October 2019 to be less than relaxing due to a number of maintenance problems and safety issues. While we thought that the photos were accurate, in reality the place felt like a museum: lovely things to look at but way too many hazards and breakable objects around to make one feel at home while on holiday.

Owner Henda is great! Everything was as promised.

Beautiful apartment with classy art deco furniture, spacious terrace with stunning views of Cap Ferrat and the bay of Villefranche. Wonderful pool with lots of chaise longues for sun tanning. Outdoor eating area and outdoor shower also a plus. A superbly well run property! Will return again. Only ten minutes walking time to Villefranche for groceries, bread and pastries, take out pizza or reasonably priced seaside restaurants. We had a truly memorable vacation here this August.

Stunning

An absolutely beautifully presented property, spotlessly clean with everything you need for a great holiday. Great location, car not totally necessary, would have loved to have bikes though. The view from the terrace is amazing.

Fantastic View

The villa overlooks the beautiful bay in Villefranche-sur-Mer. The house is lovely with a roomy balcony. There is a large and attractive pool. There is a short walk to the boulangerie and a well stocked small market. A short drive away was a huge Carrefour market. It is a bit of a hike to the port area but doable. There are many good restaurants in the town. Just up the street from the villa there is a bus stop with frequent buses to Monaco, Menton, Cape Ferrat or Nice. There were two roomy bedrooms. The main bathroom had a spa tub, which we did not use. There was a shower room, which was quite small but we managed quite well. We had a wonderful week there

Un appartement historique et confortable, dans un lieu magique

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans cet appartement confortable et admirablement situé. Du soleil toute la journée sur la terrasse, début décembre, avec une vue sur la baie et la presqu’île. Tout cela à quelques centaines de mètres des commerces et de la vieille ville. Et des promenades fantastiques dans le parc ou le long de la côte. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et efficaces. Merci pour ces quelques beaux jours. Nous reviendrons dès que possible.

Beautiful properly in a beautiful place.

Stayed from 1/8th September and the property was just as beautiful as the photos. The booking process was easy and Henda the owner communicated throughout answering any questions. I completely fell in love with the apartment, the quality of the furnishings, style and location cant be beaten. The apartment was spotlessy clean with fresh linens and toiletries. The apartment was fully furnished with everything you needed including quality appliances. The location is easy to get from Nice airport and walking distance of bus and train stops to take you to Monaco, Nice, Cannes and Italy. Enjoyed spending time in the beautiful pool, watching the yachts come and go and the sunrise and sunset. We were lucky enough to see several firework displays whilst enjoying evenings. on the balcony. Feel privileged to have stayed here and hope to return.

Fabulous Apartment

We loved this apartment, beautiful view over the bay with wonderful outdoor features, we never sat inside day or night. There is everything you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen and lovely little extras. We have re booked so that should tell you how satisfied we all were !

Fantastic apartment & view

We had a really nice holiday in Villa Nonete. This apartement holds everything you need and more. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the details within the apartment are impressive in a very charming way. You instantly feel right at home or wish it was your home. The pool is super if you deside to spend the day "at home". The city beach is aprox 15 min to walk. It is crowdy but close to the restaurants. We spent most days at the local and smaller beaches only 5 min from the apartement. Susan who meets you on your arrival will tell you everything you need to know on where to go and other practicalities. We will recomend this place to family and friends - and if we deside for another holiday in Ville Franche this will hopefully be our homeaway😊

Wir, 4 Erwachsene im Alter von 65 - 73 Jahren, durften für 2 Wochen diesen entspannten Luxus genießen. Man erwacht morgens mit der Sonne (bis ins Bett) genießt beim Frühstück den göttlichen Meerblick auf der großen Süd-Ost Terrasse und weis, schöner geht nicht... Die Kosten sind sehr moderat, denn alles ist in der Miete eingeschlossen: Parken am Haus, Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche, ausreichend Handtücher, Strom, Endreinigung - keine versteckten Zusatzkosten wie bei vielen anderen Objekten. TV Kanäle in englisch, italienisch, deutsch, französisch. Pool area groß und gepflegt und natürlich Sonne zu jeder Tageszeit mit tollem Meerblick. Henda kümmert sich perfekt um Ihre Gäste - Champagner zur Begrüßung - Blumen für Geburtstagsgäste - unaufdringlich verbindlich! Natürlich spricht für dieses Objekt auch die fußläufige Distanz zum Supermarkt, Becker, Gemüsemarkt, Apotheke, Geschäfte und Restaurants für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel. Alle zu dem Objekt im Internet gemachten Angaben entsprechen den Tatsachen und dennoch ist es vor Ort noch schöner als es die Bilder vermitteln können. Wir möchten gerne wieder kommen!! Urlaub in Villefranche März 2016

Das Haus ist so schön, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, war sehr sauber und uns erwartete ein flüssiger Willkommensgruß! Wir haben eine tolle Villa vorgefunden. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht und den Hafen ist grandios! Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, den man sich denken kann. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette, sympathische und hilfsbereite Dame. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und können das Haus unseren Bekannten sehr empfehlen.

Fabulous Property Miss It Everyday

I arrived at the apartment and was greeted by the owners, Andrea, Henda and Thomas (their darling son) The apartment was clean and ready to enjoy. Everything was explained fully including the computer, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, and music. Andrea and Thomas were a great team. Shortly after, we all left for a tour of the village and favorite shopping, restaurants and secret stairways up to the villa. Such fun we had and a fond memory. Everything about our week was beyond our expectations. The location is fabulous given views of the Rothschild Estate, hills and harbor. Unbelievable with a lighthouse at night. How can you beat that. My friend and I traveled as single women and felt more than comfortable with the entire Cote D'Azure. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk and the train not more than 15 minutes with a stop at the bakery. I'll be returning next year. Meanwhile, the memories remain

Perfect stay

Villa Nonette surpassed all our expectations. This by far the best place we have stayed in the Villefranche/ Beaulieu sur Mer area. The view is breathtaking and so easy to enjoy on the beautiful generous terrace. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The kitchen is small but has everything.We were very lucky to have the pool for ourselves, although there would be plenty of room if it was to be shared. We are so enthusiastic we have immediately booked for next year. Thank you Henda, Andrea and Thomas for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Jude and Siets from Australia

Amazing Apartment in an Amazing Location

We recently stayed here for a week in June to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday. From the initial enquiry it has been faultless, Henda the owner is very helpful and will answer any questions. Upon arriving at the apartment it had the WOW factor! We were met by Susan (english lady) who was very helpful and showed us around the apartment and explained everything we needed to know and more, including places to eat etc.. things to do, places to visit. She was only a phone call away too so if we needed anything she was always available to help. The apartment itself is of a very very high standard, clean and certainly spacious. We enjoyed having breakfast on the huge balcony in the morning when the sun rose over the harbour. The views are wonderful from the apartment and it was lovely to wake up to such views each morning. The pool area and pool are large enough for 4 plus people. We were lucky as there was no-one in the apartment below so we had this to ourselves but this would not have been a problem if there were other tenants as there were enough sun loungers to go around. There is also a outside shower to shower before using the pool, a downstairs outside loo which is handy. We ate out most evenings but the one evening we ate in we found everything we needed in the fully equipped kitchen. We wanted for nothing, everything was provided including towels. We would definitely recommend this apartment, the location is great, it is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to take you into Nice or the opposite direction of Monaco and beyond. We walked into Ville Franche every night which was only a 10 minute walk so the location is ideal for everyone. We hired a car and was able to park no problem outside the villa. The supermarket is only a few minutes walk from the apartment to pick up any essentials. We will definitely be back in the future and my sister certainly had a 30th birthday to remember.. Many Thanks again Henda and Susan you do an amazing job! and the bottle of champagne and fresh flowers on arrival for the birthday girl was a lovely surprise:-) x

Amazing experience in Villefranche-Sur-Mer Villa!

Beautiful, large-airy Villa in best part of Villefranche-Sur-Mer! 5 min walk to beach rocky beach and Old Town Nice. Indulged in the culture of Cote D' Azur and some of the nicest parts of the Mediterranean! Was there with 3 people and could've easily accommodated 4. Huge front porch overlooking the Mediterranean and Cap Farrat with Yachts and beautiful boats lining the Sea. Sue the house keeper was amazing and very helpful with where to eat and directions to near and far attractions. Sue scheduled a taxi cab to meet us at the airport for $50 (otherwise $80) and met us at the house with the keys and explained security (very secure) and the owner, Henda was very helpful with all questions! To make a long story short we were amazed with the property and its' amenities - Pool, outdoor showers, high end furnishings and appliances (washer and dryer, dishwasher, stereo). I'll be sure to stay at Villa Nonete the next time we are in Villefranche Sur Mer!
